The Beach Is Always A Good Idea! 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath-- Sleeps 6 In Beds!

Isn't the view from the private balconies of the pretty courtyard so very relaxing??!! We are so happy you enjoyed our beach condo that we have made every effort to be pretty, comfy, and decorated in tasteful colors and artwork. The beach is about 400 ft from the condo. You can sink your toes in the warm sand, or getting buried up to your neck like you did as a child! Build a sand castle! Write your name in the sand! Skim board! Enjoy our Coast!!!!!

Everyone loves this beach condo!!! We are happy you did, also!!!! The owner has decorated it with custom art work that is bright and relaxing. "A perfect vacation," you said. I could not ask for a better response!

We are so happy you had a great visit and found your beach condo to be clean and restful. Judy, our beaches are so much prettier and have sugar-white sand!! We are one of the few locations where the beaches are public and fully accessible to everyone, and parking is plentiful and free!! This seems to amaze so many guests. The beach was designed with rules only allowing construction in the few areas that had buildings years ago. Most of the 26 mile beach is completely viewable as you walk, drive, or run along Beach Boulevard. It is unlike Panama City Beach, Destin, Gulf Shores, Jacksonville, Pensacola, in that those places have beaches that are totally hidden but the homes, condo towers, and hotels. Our beach is a bordered on the north of the boulevard by gracious homes with yards filled with giant live oak trees with their branches draped with Spanish Moss( we call them Bearded Oaks), wide open expanse of white sand, edged by the gulf waters, with a sprinkling of off-shore islands at the edge of the horizon, and then topped off by the gorgeous blue sky with white fluffy clouds. Florida doesn’t offer such beauty!!! Did you know there are only 3 places in the world where you have live oaks and a sand beach with salt water?? We are one of those! We hope to see you back as a guest again to our Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Michelle, this courtyard that you so enjoyed is the prettiest on the Coast! The tropical trees, the pretty gazebo, the beautiful free-form pool, and all the area for relaxing in the gated pool area makes for the feeling of a private enclave where you and your guests can eat, play, relax, and make great memories. We have just installed the pool gate code in the Welcome Notebook in each condo, along with other helpful information. This was in the works but we completed it after your visit. This home has all the necessary items, PLUS ones that are just nice to have. We do have an emergency line that is monitored round the clock for reporting any issues. Please don’t hesitate to call the next time you are visiting. A slow drain is a simple fix!! We are happy that you were happy and enjoyed our condo. We have it fixed for our many guests so you can have a wonderful vacation away from home!!!!
