From the Owner: "Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the noise from upstairs combined with the main bedroom suite being on the first floor impacted your stay. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests. I will request to add this to our listing description in order to help guests decide if our space fits their needs"

Parkes, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - Our home is in a very safe neighborhood we are surrounded by nice people and we have never had any problems or issues, we will be adding extra security measures in the future - The garage is off-limits to our guests for personal reasons and it is noted in the home, we will also be updating the listing. The reason that you were locked out was that you violated that policy and ignored the signs and tried to make your main access through the garage. You locked the deadbolts on both doors and then could not get back in. - We the owners did contact Evolve and requested a refund of the locksmith charge so that we could personally absorb the cost. In the future, the contractor/handyman have spare keys if needed. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! t future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Hi Donna, we’re so glad you enjoyed the nice rooms and comfy beds, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - Our home receives a thorough cleaning and inspection by two independent sources before each stay. The community liaison inspects the home, providing photos to verify its cleanliness. - There were no issues found in the photos or during the inspection. If any issues arise after the initial inspection, our cleaning team will resolve the issues. We'll also conduct our quarterly inspection this weekend to ensure the property is guest-ready. - Regarding the concerns about the walls, we have requested our cleaning team to spot-clean them when necessary. It's important to note that this is our family home, and, like many of our guests, we have small children. As a result, our walls may show some scuffing. - We encourage guests to wash and put away dishes, which helps our cleaning team. They conduct a general inspection to ensure utensils and dishes are clean before each check-in. - We wish you would've reached out to us or Evolve during your stay. We would've been more than happy to address your concerns while you were in residence. Other than your request to use the laundry facilities, we weren't notified of any other concerns. - We include handwritten notes to help guests easily locate important items and minimize confusion. The note regarding the washer and dryer was updated after a previous guest expressed confusion. Most guests find these notes helpful, and it's something we'll continue to do to minimize misunderstandings. These also serve as reminders of our house rules. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
