The Space:

Located just a five-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown, Toroa Chalet is a four-bedroom luxury home that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding in style with family and friends. With accommodation for up to 10 guests, the chalet offers easy access to ski fields, mountain biking trails, and walking tracks, making it the ideal spot to take advantage of all that Queenstown has to offer.



The beautifully designed kitchen and lounge open onto a private outdoor living area, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range and Lake Wakatipu. Inside, the Sonos sound system fills the home with exceptional sound, setting the perfect tone whether you're relaxing with a beverage or gearing up for a night out.



For colder months, the indoor gas fireplace and 70-inch TV with Netflix offer the perfect cozy retreat. After a day of exploring or hitting the slopes, the outdoor spa provides the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate.



Guest Access:

We aim to create a welcoming environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Feel free to use everything in the property and truly make yourself at home—our house is your house.



To access the property, you’ll receive an access code via email before your arrival. Please ensure you contact us ahead of time to confirm we have your correct email details. With our close proximity to Queenstown's town center and top attractions, you’ll have the freedom to explore and return with ease.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a great meal, and we provide complimentary coffee and tea for your convenience.



We ensure the house is prepared for your arrival with fresh, premium linens and towels. Please note that the villa is not serviced during your stay, but if you would like additional cleaning or services, kindly arrange this prior to arrival, and we can inform you of any associated charges.

Getting Around:

The Villa is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.



If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

For your convenience, we offer a port-a-cot and high chair at no extra cost to make your stay more comfortable for the entire family. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require these extras.
