Oh, Dear! by Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins

Oh, Dear is a luxurious honeymoon suite style cabin located in the Kaniatobe Trails area. Oh, Dear is one bedroom suite that offers a king size bed and sleeper sofa. The large ensuite bath offers a free-standing clawfoot tub or walk-in tiled shower for two.

The living area features a large screen television over a stone fireplace. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. You can either relax outside in front of the gas burning fireplace, or enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub while enjoying the fireplace as well.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

Pet friendly - 2 pet maximum - fee required.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not always guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

***With advanced notice, you can order a celebration package such as wine, chocolates, and flowers.

Firewood and s’mores kits can be added at the time of booking or by calling us ahead of time. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood.

A starter supply of Bounty paper towels, Angel Soft toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry soap will be provided for your stay.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We clean and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Gas Fireplaces are seasonal.

Anniversary Time

My husband enjoyed ourselves at the cabin. The place was nice, clean and comfortable. Our one real complaint- the neighborhood was noisey. Neighbor behind played loud music until about 11:00. Neighbor to the side threw a huge party and there was laughing and such up till midnight. We were hoping for more privacy.

Birthday getaway

The property was amazing! It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for our four night stay. We loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and the hot tub was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

Oh Dear cabin

The cabin had everything that we expected and needed. It was very clean and welcoming. The roads to get there had some serious potholes that made getting there difficult, and we have a Jeep. We enjoyed having a fire pit for the cooler evening, and the hot tub after a few days of hiking.

GREAT CABIN HOWEVER; THE ROAD NEEDS TO BE FIXED

FIX THE ROAD! NEED TO FILL IN POT HOLES. GREAT CABIN! GREAT LOCATION! ONE MINOR POINT: REPLACE OR FIX KITCHEN UNDER CABINET LIGHTING ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF SINK. OTHER THEN THAT ONE POINT THE CABIN WAS PERFECT FOR US (TOTAL OF THREE PEOPLE IN THE PARTY).

Cozy Getaway

We loved the coziness of this cabin. The layout is just right for a couple. We loved seeing deer in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful to wake up to natural light. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our only complaints are the indoor fireplace wasn’t operable and the main road to get to the property was very rough. I would stay here again!

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at this cabin. Everything was as expected with the exception of one thing. I mainly booked this cabin because of the claw foot tub and was very disappointed to get there and realize there was no stopper so I couldn't use the tub. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time spent there. Another thing worth noting is the road condition getting to the cabin (I've seen it mentioned in another review as well). It is rough. Whoever is over the maintenance/grading of the road needs to pay some more attention to it. There are pot holes everywhere and if we had known it was that bad, we would have brought our truck instead of my car - especially since it rained and there were a few spots I was afraid would flood my car. (It should be noted that my husband apparently didn't share that fear with me since he drove right through them every time instead of going around.) The location of the cabin is perfect - close to everything! If you're thinking of booking, and neither of the things I mentioned bothers you, I would say do it!

Great cabin for Anniversary

This was a great cabin for our anniversary trip. Private, clean, with a great back porch and hot tub. Only wish the indoor fireplace could of been used since at the end of October with the rain it was chilly.

Family cabin trip

The cabin is beautifully constructed. It feels isolated even though many cabins are nearby. The hot tub saved the trip as a last minute burn ban went into effect. The cabin had two gas log fireplaces that were disabled. We feel that the interior gas fireplace should be left on. It’s only enabled from November1-may1 but this is not mentioned on Vrbo. The cleaning solutions used on the property were so strongly scented that it took two days to subside. The automatic booking online was interrupted by a message that we would have to contact the managers. This happened online for a whole two days then finally our 4 night booking went through. We realized our booking was short a night only when a cleaning person showed up on what we thought was a day too soon. We managed to round up our things quickly but were disappointed about the lost day.

Beautiful cabin!

Beautiful cabin for two was perfect for our getaway. Super clean, great porch, hot tub, out door games and comfy bed. All advertised elements were present. Very minor issue with TV remote by bed but it could be controlled from controls on TV. Also would suggest just a few more standard basics for the kitchen ... plastic wrap and/or aluminum foil, maybe some spices, plastic containers with lids and a box of Kleenex for house. None of it a major deal ... just cherry on the top.stuff.

Great cabin

Great cabin, very clean, close enough to be at Hochatown restaurants etc in 5-10 minutes, yet feels secluded at the cabin. You do have a few neighbors around, but not too close and they’re blocked by trees. Very comfy, bathroom and shower/tub are great. Fun games provided and fire pit and grill. The road in is a little bumpy, but you’ll be fine in a truck or suv, cars were doing fine but just go slow. Owners/managers were very friendly! Would definitely come back.

Sweet Small Cabin

Our family of four enjoyed staying here. One large king bed for us, and teens slept on pull out couch bed. Bathroom has closet cabinet stocked with blankets and sheets for couch bed. Kitchen is full of plenty of cookware and cooking utensils (no cutting board). They have lighters and barbecue tools. Plenty of soap for washing dishes by hand or in dishwasher was available, which I appreciated. Hot tub in back was very enjoyable after hiking and fit all 4 of us. Both fireplaces inside and outside can be turned on with a switch which was really cool. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs by the fireplace on the deck after getting out of hot tub. Ladder ball, corn hole, and horseshoes available, which is nice for added fun. Enjoyed being able to stay in the “woods” and listen to nature. Very nice cabin off the beaten path.

Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my boyfriend spent a long weekend here with our two pups for my birthday weekend. They cabin was amazing and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and our cozy mornings having coffee on the porch. The hosts were great to communicate with before and during our stay.

Oh, Dear Was Lovely!

We loved our stay! There was a family of deer to greet us as we approached the driveway. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It was perfectly quaint; quiet yet not completely secluded as convenience stores and restaurants were no longer than 5 minutes away. The nearby parks were beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Super Cabin not Secluded

Awesome luxury cabin but located in what I would call a cabin campground instead of remotely located. Great if not looking for seclusion. Biggest drawback that would keep us from returning was the horrible roads to the site basically in a neighborhood. Glad we had a truck.

Great Little Getaway

Quick Getaway 💞

This beautiful cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway with your honey 💞. Stocked with everything you need to make it a stay in kinda “stayca” but close to some great restaurants and attractions if you decide to venture out. It was perfect. I’ll definitely book again.
