This is a great property if you are visiting the Rapid City area. Close to the parks and attractions while keeping you in a peaceful setting. Well equipped with everything you need for great vacation. Beds are very comfortable to help you get a good night sleep after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this property. Great for families or couples.

The place is what it says! Very clean and great location for us. Took our 89 yr old dad saved he really enjoyed himself! Easy access to crazy horse, mt Rushmore, deadwood and Badlands. Recommend going to Safeway or Walmart for groceries vs Timmons. Only 10 min. to the airport! Josh was very accommodating to our needs and very responsive!! Would definitely go back!!

Second Time Stay

What is a better compliment than returning a second time? Everything about our stay was perfect again. Having a garage door opener and coming back to a comfortable home at the end of the day felt great. The home provides quick access to all the Black Hills attractions. It’s tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, with new appliances and an at-home feel. We loved the Weber gas grill – it worked perfectly. The home provided every essential for cooking, washing, and relaxing.

The house was nice. Just be sure you are the only ones who have the code to the house. There was KNOCK AT THE DOOR AND BY THE TIME I GOT THERE, A STRANGE MAN HAD LET HIMSELF IN. HE CLAIMED TO BE THERE TO FIX THE SPRINKLER. I EXPECTED PRIVACY. SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME.

The individual who entered the property was a sprinkler contractor performing necessary maintenance on a leak, and while another member of your traveling party had been notified in advance of his visit, we understand how alarming it was since you were unaware. We deeply value our guests' privacy and safety, and we have since reinforced our communication procedures with our team to ensure all members of a reservation are clearly informed when scheduled maintenance is required. My family stayed for a weekend

My wife and I and 4 children stayed for a weekend wrestling tournament. The property was perfect. Nice back yard was a good bonus. The host was very helpful thru whole process. We will be staying again.

Sports weekend in Rapid City

This house was the perfect place to stay for a weekend soccer tournament in Rapid City! We appreciated having a cozy, quiet space to relax in after long days watching games and exploring the Black Hills. The beds were comfortable, the back patio space was nice, and the amenities were great for cooking meals at night. We look forward to renting again on a future trip to Rapid City!

Felt like home

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to highways/interstate and downtown area. We loved having everything inside the home on one level with three comfortable rooms. We used the kitchen and laundry room frequently during our week stay. They had all the necessities available. Having access to the garage made loading/unloading vehicles a breeze. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to address any needs. I would stay here again!

South Dakota Vacation

The property is in an ideal central location to all the sightseeing areas. The property was like new and very clean. It was very comfortable and is in a nice safe neighborhood. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.We visited the Badlands, Wall Drug, Hot Springs, Crazy Horse, Mt. Rushmore, Sturgis, Deadwood, Spearfish, Devils Tower, Custer Park and several other small towns along the way. It was great that most of these places were just 30 to 60 minutes away from the property.I can go on and on about the area. It’s a must see part of this great country.

Nice and comfy

Great house, great location! Travelled with my elderly parents and it was nice having a TV and comfy furniture to relax on every night. Many nights, my folks would fall asleep watching TV on the couch, they were that comfortable in the house. The only critique I have, which is unique to my situation.....is there were a lot of throw rugs, which can be a tripping hazard for the elderly. onon

Only "problems" we had were there were no large kitchen garbage bags. We also were in need of a toilet plunger, so we went out and purchased one and left it at the home. House was very clean. That is the most important thing for me, so well done! You have good cleaners.

Great Escape

We arrived in South Dakota in the middle of a snow storm to find that the hosts had shoveled the driveway, and we entered a warm and welcoming home. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had the things we needed, and the appliances were all new and reliable. Our family took advantage of the board games provided, and enjoyed our time together. The house was a great location for a home base to experience many of the Great 8 of South Dakota. Nothing we did was more than a 60 minute drive from the house, and it was easy to navigate through both Rapid City and out into the wilderness from the house. The neighborhood is a newer subdivision and it was quiet and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great House!

This was a great house. Very cozy and clean. Beds and linens were really comfortable and the decor was adorable. Only concerns were that there were no tv channel guides and we would have brought our prime sticks knowing there were no cable channels (but the listing never said there was cable, so that was on me), we could not figure out how to lock the front door. After some digging we found the garage door opener, so we used that instead. Finally, the ice maker didn’t work (or we couldn’t figure it out) and had to go buy ice. All very minor things, but otherwise, the house was fabulous and I would stay there again.

Great Location

Property is very clean and comfortable, great central location for all th activities that South Dakota has to offer we were able to see Mt. Rushmore, Crazy horse, Wall drug and the badlands in one day. Rapid City had a lot to offer as well. Check in was easy but no so easy with putting the key back into the small lock box at the front door, I would suggest switching it out for a deadbolt keyless enery this way guest do not need to worry about carrying a key when out and about. We have one on every door to our home as we have adult children that come visit often and at times we may not yet be home they can let themselves in. We have stayed at many VRBO locations from South Carolina, Iowa, Arizon, Florida and many more states and have had good luck with the places we have rented and this one was just as great!
