Beautiful property and close to the beach! The only issue we had was it was difficult to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area due to the amount of bugs/mosquitos despite bug spray and citronella candles.

Hey! I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything! My family had an absolutely amazing time, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so nice, and the whole process from booking to checking out was incredibly smooth and easy.We originally planned on leaving around 10 AM tomorrow, but since we have such a long drive back to Missouri, we decided we’re going to hit the road around 4 AM instead. I wanted to let you know ahead of time so your cleaning crew can come in whenever they’re ready. We cleaned everything up and left the towels and sheets where you asked. We truly had a blast and couldn’t have asked for a better place to make some great family memories. We’ll definitely be spreading the word about how nice the place was and how easy and smooth it was working with you all. Thank you again for everything! We really appreciate it and hope to stay with you again someday!

Very nice vacation rental for families. Need a better stock for guest of basic necessities (bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels, etc...). Some of the beach items (pull cart and shade tent need to be replaced. Host was very responsive (thank you). Anna Maria Island community and beaches were great. I highly recommend this property.

We've stayed at this rental a few different times now. We love the north end of AMI. This property is in a very desirable location. One block walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown AMI (Ginny & Janes, Sandbar, etc). The layout of the rooms are spread out to give everyone space. All of our kids loved the bunk beds in the upper level hallway. We did cook a lot at the property; it was easier than going out to restaurants with a large group. The kitchen was spacious, functional, and had everything we needed. The only downsides to the property are that it's not stocked well with all your beach gear (umbrellas, kids toys, etc). We ended up renting most of our gear last minute with it not being included with the property. Also, the floors were definitely not washed when we checked in. The bottoms of our feet were black within an hour of us checking in and unpacking.

A Beach House for all groups!

We have rented many beach houses in Florida and this one easily came with everything you need. The outdoor space was exceptional and our only complaints were things we had to try and think of…..not things that affected our trip.

Hi , Thank you so much for your review. The amount of sunlight in the yard varies based on the time of year. December does have the shortest days of the year which is likely why you experienced more shade by the pool during your stay. I hope you’ll offer us the opportunity to welcome you back to Anna Maria Island in the future. Sincerely, Your friends at Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

Fabulous Family Rental!

What a great house for our multi-generational family of 10! There was something for everyone, and the gorgeous pool and billiards table were a huge hit. Everyone loved the dining room table which allowed family dinners together and coloring without worry. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. I truly appreciated that the owners left a guide to the tv and kitchen cooktop, which was induction. Also, kudos to Anna Maria Life for their quick response to our need for a fan and a plugged tub. One quick note--the ice maker is still broken. I would happily rent Precious Memories again.

Amazing Property!

We loved this house! Would highly recommend. We stayed here during the week of July 4th with 9 adults and 2 children. The house looks just like the pictures. The few small maintenance issues we found(broken closet door and TV not working) were quickly corrected after calling the management company. The house conveniently had lots of beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella and wagon! Beach access is an easy walk from the house. The outdoor space was amazing. Lots of chairs and space for everyone to relax. We rented bikes and golf carts to explore the rest of the island, which was beautiful! Very golf cart friendly community with lots of cute boutiques and local restaurants. Don't pass up this house!

Lovely Stay

The 3 story home had all the amenities you would look for in a beach getaway. High end finishes and appliances made the trip very relaxing. The pool table, and pool area was great for watching the games and staying out of the sun. The grill also came stocked with two propane canisters and was quite clean. There were a couple cigars and cigarette butts by the fences that the cleaners may have missed but did not impact our stay. The tv by the pool was hooked up to a broken outlet. AMI property managers were great about getting someone out there to fix it quickly and we ended up using a different outlet for our stay. The dishwasher looks to be broken on the first level and needs looking into. The pool does not get quite as much sun as you would expect but we also stayed in February so the time of year may have impacted this. It was also a bit lacking that for a one week stay we get a very very small amount of supplies. Aside from these minor inconveniences the place was phenomenal and we would definitely go again.

Hi, Thank you so much for your review! I appreciate your feedback and will let our head of housekeeping know what was missed. Our vacation homes are stocked by our cleaning company with the basics to get your vacation started. In each bathroom, you will find two rolls of toilet paper as well as a small bar of soap and a trash bag in each trash can. In the kitchen, you will find a roll of paper towel, a large trash bag, a dishwasher tab for one load, and a small bottle of dish liquid. If any of these items were missing upon arrival we are always happy to deliver them to you. In the future please let us know if this is the case so that we can correct the issue for you during your stay. We’re thrilled that you enjoyed your vacation with us overall and look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Sincerely, Your friends at Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

Great location - family style house

This property had all the amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you would need. If you are used to K cup coffee, though, they only have a traditional coffee maker. That is the only thing in the kitchen that you will lack. Everything else is top notchi-a beverage fridge and an extra refrigerator downstairs in the garage which you have access to. There is a nice drop zone area on the ground floor that makes for a good catchall space for the sand. The house could’ve been cleaner upon check in but, once we called the rental company, they remedied the situation and sent over a cleaning crew-it was just super Sandy. Everything else was lovely. The sheets were high quality and very soft. The rental team were wonderful to work with, and really a great experience overall. Everything was forgiven because of their expeditious nature. The home could have more bathroom space, but we made it work. There is not another shower on the second floor for the middle bedroom. However, we just had the guests in that room, shower in the master shower for the week while we were there, and it worked. The outdoor space for the home is really nice!!.It would’ve been wonderful if there were good pool sticks with nicer tips to shoot, but this was not the case.m, we just made it work. The pool was nice with water features and the hot tub was very warm. Everything was functional and easy to use. A VERY nice property. We would rent again. We VRBO a lot and liked this place!❤️

This home was the perfect size for our family of 11. It was clean and spacious in the common areas. The pool was also larger than we are used to in other AMI houses we’ve stayed in. The only (very picky) negative thing I can think of was that the living room furniture was not super comfortable. Luckily we weren’t there a ton because the beach was so close! There were plenty of beach chairs and beach wagons too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to go to AMI for a beach vacation!

Needs attention!

Unfortunately the entire outside facilities needed maintenance. Grill doesn’t work, outside Televisions didn’t operate, billiards cues are in bad shape. Pool had all types of fruit and party favors inside. The main house was great but also extremely dirty, found trash and inappropriate obscenities spelled out by previous guest on welcoming board. Just overall needs thorough cleaning!

Pool heater not working

Disatnce to beach in description says close to beach. One block from beach entrance two blocks across dune to beach. Smoke detectors kept going off in the middle of the night. But worst was you could not adjust the temp in the house lower than 2 degrees. House was stuffy and hit. My daughter has asthma and had a hard time breathing in the house.
