The open floor plan provides plenty of space for the family to spread out. The large dining table is great for a meal or how about the family game night! The living room has comfy seating, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a large (60") screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed and has a breakfast bar for optional eating space. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has fun bunk beds. The bottom is a Full/Double size bed and the top is a Twin. There is a small ceiling fan and a mounted TV in this bedroom as well. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Furniture, including mattresses, was replaced in Aug 2017. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. The complex offers a street-side large heated swimming pool with pool bathrooms and an outside shower. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and even putt-putt golf in our quaint little town of Indian Shores. No Pets.
