The light to be check to make sure they work. The one in the bunk bedroom bathroom over the bathtub didn’t work and the TV controller didn’t work and it wasn’t the batteries cause we checked that out.

Family girl’s trip

Excellent place to spend a fun relaxing week with all the girls in my family!! Great home, great views, and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at the beach.

Great house for couples

The house fit our group perfectly (3 couples). Great location and view of ocean. The beach access just down the road was a plus! Close to everything. We will stay again.

Stunning views

Was perfect for a large family stay. Each bedroom has its on en suite which was a bonus for everyone. Super easy check in and out process. The back of the property faces an easement with a little trail head along the cliff and toward the beach access at the D river.

Wonder home, wonderful views of beach, steam shower is awesome, hot tub clean and private. Beach access a few min away you can drive down to the parking lot down entrance of beach or walk but be prepared for walk back up hill. We will be back.

This is a nice place. It's clean, quiet, and having bathrooms in each bedroom is terrific. The kitchen is pretty well-appointed, and there's a lot of room for group cooking. Hot tub was clean, but needed to call support for help with padlock d/t unclear instructions. Gorgeous view-wish the windows weren't dirty so we could see better. Short drive to the beach-not a short walk, but walkable. Beach was very busy, but it was Labor Day weekend. Reason why I wouldn't return, or probably not use Meredith Lodging again, is the late check-in, early check-out times (4p/10a). Place wasn't booked for our check-out day or the day after, and I asked for an extra half hour, and this corporation said that I could have the late check-out if I paid 30 for the half hour. That seemed cheap and unneeded, especially since I left the residence extremely clean and orderly, and paid more than 1000 per night.

I’m sorry the unclear hot tub instructions and dirty windows detracted from your stay. We will have housekeeping scheduled a window cleaning and we will clarify the hot tub info in the guest portal promptly. I also understand your frustration with the check-in and check-out times and the fee for a brief extension, particularly given the calendar availability and care you took with the home. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our team as we review how we handle these requests moving forward.

Nice home!

Was very happy with home. Water pressure was low, lots of stairs. Suggest more parking. There was a droid that was being flown and seemed to hover at the windows.

Great house, great views

This house is great for an adult family gathering with each of the four bedrooms having its own private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large living area and nice balcony on the main floor. There is an additional living area and small kitchen on the bottom floor. The hot tub is right off of the bottom floor and was appreciated. The upstairs is completely dedicated to the very large main suite with an en suite 5 piece bathroom, plus a balcony. We (7 adults) all really enjoyed the house. Since the house is up on a bluff, you do have to either drive a minute down the road to public parking or walk about 5-10 minutes down the road (narrow road with no sidewalks) to get to the beach which might be a problem if you have children, but for us adults was no problem. We all really enjoyed this house.

We had a wonderful time!! Beautiful home! The home and the view are even better than the pictures!! GORGEOUS!! It truly envelopes you as soon as you walk in the door. The kitchen has a very large island and has everything you could want, which was helpful because we stayed in for dinners. We didn't actually use the downstairs living area/kitchen but it would be great if you want a whole other entertainment area for your husbands or children. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't speak into that. There is ample seating and the large sectional in the living room is very comfortable. Between the view from all the windows and the comfy seating it was hard to ever leave. Since the house is 3 stories there are a lot of stairs, but so worth it! The Beach is super close just down the hill. You can walk but there is a blind corner so we drove as there is ample free parking. We are planning on returning in the fall just to stay in this house again! My husband had back surgery and isn't very mobile but the decor of this house and the views is just so relaxing and enjoyable. Also, there is a fabulous restarurant, Otis Cafe, that is open everyday for breakfast/lunch. Everything is homemade and delicious. If you have the opportunity to rent this house, trust me, its truly worth it.
