Beautiful

The property was beautiful, close to all amenities. Enjoyed the pool, yard, renovated home. A few things in the home could use to be fixed and a binder with home instructions would be useful.

Home comments

We had a wonderful stay! House was very spacious and very welcoming. Loved the decor! Kitchen had all the amenities. The only improvement I would like to have had was for the hot tub jets to work. Over all we would highly recommend it! And we can’t wait to come back !

Lovely Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five. The open concept of the home is very condusive for a family and allows for the kids to spread out, and for the parents to always have a good eye on the kids! The outdoor space left us with many activities to enjoy. We were always running around on the green space, swimming, playing yard games, or mini golfing. We never ran out of things to do. When it was time to take a break, the awning from the home created a great spot for dinners, snack time, or just lounging with a glass of wine.

Okay stay

Overall everything was ok. They offer the bare minimum in the house so plan on buying most everything you need. Air conditioning broke and when I called them it was 75 in the house and they told me I had to wait until it was 80 degrees to send someone out. I said no I have a sick toddler and they finally sent someone. I locked myself out one day, they have no keys to the house so after an hour of back and forth they had me crawl through a window and the come to find out window is broke and doesn’t lock. Definitely needs to upgrade their cleaning practice.

Thank you for the feedback, it’s always very helpful to help keep our guest experience sharp. We are sorry for any inconvenience during your stay. We do show that we did send a mender out to fix the AC as soon as we knew about it and that he was able to get it fixed for you. We also show that we had sent you a text that one of our field techs would be there in 10 minutes with a spare key and do not see any communication on where you had to crawl through a window or that there is a window that is broken or that it does not lock. We only provide a starter pack for our guests and anything after that is guests responsibility. We have passed along your comments and would love to work with you on a future stay if you are back to Scottsdale or Nashville soon. We hope you still had a good time.

Mixed review

We had a great time staying at this house—it’s modern, located in a wonderful neighborhood, and the amenities were fantastic. The space itself was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to local attractions. The company was incredibly responsive and attentive, which we appreciated. However, there were several things that were either broken or in need of maintenance. It seemed like a lot of the house's features weren’t properly kept up, which was a bit disappointing given the high expectations set by the listing. From minor issues like broken furniture to blinds that weren’t working properly, it affected our experience a bit.Additionally, be aware of the many extra add-ons that aren’t clear upfront. While the base rate seemed reasonable, we found ourselves paying for quite a few unexpected fees during our stay. Overall, while the house itself has great potential, the lack of upkeep and additional costs made it a mixed experience.

I stayed at this beautiful home with my family for about a month, and it truly felt like our own little paradise. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The GoodNight team made the experience even better. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded incredibly quickly and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The location couldn't have been more convenient. It's only about a 5-minute drive to Mayo Clinic Phoenix and about 25 minutes to Mayo Clinic Shea. Scottsdale is just down the road, with countless restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. There's also a park within walking distance, and the backyard is amazing—it has plenty of entertainment for both adults and kids, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time at the house.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, whether you're traveling for medical care, vacation, or an extended stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
