Other things to note
-According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.

-Zero tolerance policy for noisy and disruptive guests.

-Please respect check in & check out times stated.

-No cable TV. Smart TV only. (Netflix and Youtube is available)

Centrally located at York and Bremner, my place is walking distance to all major tourist spots, sports and concert venues, and the downtown central business district. The Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Hockey Hall of Fame & Metro Toronto Convention Centre are all just a short walk away, as are some of the city's finest performing arts venues including the Four Seasons Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, Royal Alexandra Theatre, Princess of Wales Theatre, TIFF Bell Lightbox, the St. Lawrence Centre & the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts. With dozens of restaurants within walking distance, you will have easy access to the vast range of culinary experiences that the vibrant and multicultural Toronto has to offer.

The building has fantastic access to public transportation; it is just a short walk of less than 200 metres or 600 feet from Toronto's Union Station, which offers connections to TTC Subway Line 1, GO Transit suburban bus & train, VIA Rail intercity trains and the Union Pearson Express (UP Express) train to YYZ.
