We really liked the floor plan, home was very clean and location was easy walking distance to grocery store and Fort Rock Park. There were a couple of hick ups in finalizing the reservations....but Smith Brothers representative resolved quickly, which was appreciated.

Great property and well cared for. Outside furniture in the back could be better. BBQ needs to be replaced. Inside was wonderful!

The home was clean and check in easy. Furniture and appliances are dated but adequate. Good space for a family. No A/C, so opened windows at night or am, then closed up by 9am to lock in cool air. Good for our needs for the 3 nite weekend. Train was surprising first night, then we acclimated to it.

Great cozy house!

The perfect house that met all our needs for our girlfriend weekend. Love the gas fireplace. I-trip was great to work with they even delivered us a new coffee pot. We will definitely rent this house again.

Great weekend getaway

House was clean with comfortable beds and a nicely equipped kitchen. We appreciated having the bikes and SHARC passes available for our teens to enjoy. The train does go by behind the house occasionally but we appreciated the quiet at the edge of the Sunriver property.

Great Place

We had a fantastic stay at the Smith Brothers Retreat in Sunriver! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Check-in was incredibly easy and seamless, making the whole arrival process stress-free. Communication from the property manager was excellent throughout our stay—clear, timely, and very helpful. It’s always reassuring to know you can reach someone if needed, and they really delivered. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals, and the overall setup makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. The comfortable layout, cozy furnishings, and new mattresses made for a very restful stay. Overall, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunriver.

Thanksgiving 2024

While the home was dated, we all loved its feel and are planning to stay here again. The train was a surprise, but it didn't bother us once we got used to it.

Small cabin for 6 adults, needs to have AC for summer day use to be enjoyable. The in-house temperature was well above 80F on summer days. Be aware that it is right next to the train tracks, so you could be awakened by the train at 2:30AM. Also, it is in need of a number of updates and fixes.

Wonderful getaway!!

No surprises, all just as advertised. Thank you for the free SHARC passes too. Did not use the bikes provided. Enjoyed using the garage as a secure place for our new tandem recumbent trike. BEAUTIFUL! Will stay with you again 😸😸😸

Central Oregon Fishing Vacation

A buddy and I stayed at this property during a 5-night stay in Sunriver. The three-bedroom / two-bath home was big enough to accommodate our needs and reasonably priced. We fished East Lake, Paulina Lake, and Crane Prairie. The property is centrally located to these and other prime fishing destinations in Central Oregon. The communication was fantastic and the home was very clean. The garage was large enough to store our boat between fishing excursions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Decor and furnishings were top notch, and if the kitchen doesn’t have something, that something doesn’t exist. I’ve stayed in many rentals and none have been as well equipped as this one. And the non stick pans aren’t all scratched up either like most places. The fireplace provided great ambiance and warmed up the living room nicely. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets to go around too, and the linens were not the low end cheap ones you find at many rentals. Per the description the mattresses are all new, and it was clear. It should be noted that they are all on the firm side, which is neither good nor bad, just something to be aware of for those to whom it matters Place felt very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend

Charming House

The address I was given and the actual house number DID NOT match. Had to inquire at a neighbor’s if I had the correct property. The house does not have A/C, which was advertised. However, it would be nice if the living room had a ceiling fan like in the bedroom. Couldn’t open the windows/doors due to the fires and all the smoke. So, the house got rather stuffy by late afternoon/early evening. Also, the house is right next the railroad tracks. When that train comes whipping through there at 2:30AM, it sounds like it’s going to come right through the bedroom.

In our listing, we have indicated that we only have Heating and Indoor fireplace, AC is not included and sorry if this was missed when you booked. Regarding the address, you may refer to the Touchstay guide which is provided 5 days before your arrival as we have included the complete address in the Digital guide. We truly understand that certain aspects ofyour stay were less than ideal. While we strive to ensure each guest's experience is of the highest quality, there are some factors outside of our control, such as external noise.
