Great property and exactly what we needed for our stay. Property management company was a little difficult getting ahold of at first regarding the internet outage, but after a few attempts once I got ahold of someone they were great! The pool was not cleaned between stays as I had to clear out a water gun and some trash from the filter but outside of that the property was clean upon our arrival.

My husband, our three boys (ages 9, 7, and 5), and I stayed here in October 2026 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was incredibly clean, smelled great, and was well maintained. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations and had everything we needed during our stay. There were also plenty of extra towels and linens, which made things especially easy for a family of five.Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and easy from start to finish. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary early check-in nearly four hours before the standard check-in time. We had assumed any early check-in would come with an extra fee, so that was greatly appreciated.Another thing that stood out was the friendliness of everyone we encountered. Every contractor we saw, including the pool, landscaping, and cleaning teams, was exceptionally kind and professional. The host was upfront about the airplane noise noted in the listing. While there were planes overhead, they honestly did not seem loud to us. In fact, our boys loved watching them from the pool, so it ended up being a bonus rather than a drawback. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood and is a VERY short walk from a large park. Having both Dutch Bros and Starbucks less than five minutes away was also a nice perk.We truly have nothing negative to say. The home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely book with this host again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ace in the Hole property in Mesa. The house was a good set up for the 5 adults and 3 children that came for a week get away. It’s in a nice neighborhood and Summit Park right adjacent to the house was nice to take the kids for a walk and we went there every morning. We used the pool everyday as well as the hot tub…The whole outside area was very suitable for adults as well as children.Plenty of other things to do close by as well, took the kids to FatCats a couple times which is really close. Overall a great place for a family getaway. Paul our property manager made everything from checking in to our final goodbye very seamless.I don’t really have a negative thing to say about this property.

The host was welcoming and everything was wonderful. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that my husband and I are older and there wasn't enough comfortable ADULT seating for us, given our larger group of 7. Having a second visiting area with a couple of comfortable sitting/lounging chairs in the main house would have helped.
