Our property is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you are considerate and respectful of the care of the property. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited - violations are subject to fines. In the unfortunate event of an accident please be aware it is the guests responsibility that any damages must be paid for. Please also be mindful of your neighbours. A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout after normal business hours Mon-Fri. The property shall not be used by more than the maximum number of guests allowed. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use. . A $150 fee applies for a lost remote. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 48 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
