The house is double story, but built into a slope, so that the top story where the living area is, steps out onto the back deck and fully fenced yard. Up stairs is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge dining and kitchen.
The master has a queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 a queen, and bedroom 3 a single + single trundle bed.
Downstairs is a double garage with laundry. Also a studio that has queen bed, fold out double couch, tv, kitchenette and bathroom. This is a good space for someone who wants to be separate from the rest of the household, ie grandparents and has its own courtyard with outdoor table and chairs, but is still accessible internally via stairs to the main house.
Our house would be suitable for a family with children and grandparents, or two families to share.

The backyard includes outdoor seating, table and chairs, 6 seater spa, inground pool, jungle gym and trampoline, so is very child friendly.

The property is easy walking distance to the beach and new walking/cycling path that runs the length of marine parade.

The property is also close to central parade shops, supermarket, bakery and cafes.

The property is approximately 3 km from Main Mount shops, restaurants and general social vibe, so offers close proximity to the busyness that summer brings to Mount Maunganui, but also the option to retreat from the masses.
