We understand how important comfortable, well-appointed furnishings are to the overall guest experience, and your comments are valuable as we continue evaluating improvements to the property. Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry your stay was impacted by the local area's water issue. We take this matter seriously and responded immediately. Our on-call team attended the property, we switched wells and primed the pump, arranged water delivery and scheduled filter servicing, and we reached out to the guests multiple times by phone and text to provide updates. We regret that our communications felt insufficient and that you were inconvenienced as this was never our intention.

This is an unfortunate false representation of the experience you can expect with a stay at this property that can only be in response to Benjamin having to be reminded of the guest rules that he agreed to at booking. Benjamin had extra guests and hosted gatherings at the property. Benjamin was kindly spoken to but unfortunately was not respectful of the property or the guest rules. Although we had a disagreement with these rules within the stay it is not fair to misrepresent the beautiful experience that you can have here. Please look into all reviews to form an accurate idea of what you can expect when booking this property.
