- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- 2 cars ONLY to be parked in the driveway.

Newport Retreat features 4 spacious bedrooms complete with fans and robes, main with large WIR and ensuite. The 3 bathrooms consist of ensuite, large family main and extra shower and toilet in the laundry. 2 living areas with fans. Fully enclosed sunroom overlooking waterway. Huge timber kitchen takes pride of place. Additional timber deck off the sunroom. Side access to store your boat, trailer.
