Mattress was replaced in 2026. The screened-in lanai with heated pool, covered pool area with heated pool and covered dining and lounge chairs are perfect for a relaxing day with a book, with the kids, or simply to soak up the sun. A booster seat, car seat, pack and play, high chair and an umbrella stroller available for the families traveling with a little one.

* 30 day minimum stay. February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented. First season booking needs to start on or before January 1.

* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees are: $150 application fee per person
* One small dog can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
