This stylish and spacious home is perfect for groups, corporate organization and multi-family trips. This beautiful home is close to all amenities. It is located about 3 minutes' drive to Anthony Henday, and this makes it possible to explore different parts of the city. This is a dream home away from home to unite as a group or family.

The Space
This beautiful 2-storey home comprises of one room at the main floor and four large bedrooms on the second level and offers two full baths on the second floor. The main floor rental sleeps up to 8 guests and the arrangement is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite four-piece bathroom and a Jacuzzi
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed. This is located on the main floor

The basement is fully finished with one large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a living room with its own TV, Fridge, bar, and a 3-piece full bathroom. You have the option to also rent the basement if required for 2 more additional guests. The basement will attract additional charges of $83 per night.

Bedroom 6 - 2 Queen Beds. This is located at the basement suite

To add the basement to your booking, contact us before making payment to update the amount to include the $83 per night for the basement.

If you are unable to rent the basement with the main floors, the basement will be rented out to different guests and the entrance leading to the basement will be locked during your stay.

No pets allowed. Events are not allowed. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if not respected.

No smoking is allowed inside any area of this home. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if you smoke inside the house.

Just right!

I needed a place for ny Calgary sakes team for a conference this home and host were wonderful and appeoachable! The routes to downtown are quick, and the team got to bond in this livwly space.

Wonderful stay and great hosts

5 old guys stayed for a golf weekend and to celebrate a retirement. This was the perfect spot to stay. Very close to the Anthony Henday, golf courses, restaurants, etc. House was very clean and the host stopped by with his son to bring a bottle of wine as well as a bottle of non-alcohol wine. No issues at all.

Great property

Clean, close to the Anthony Henday, 5 bedrooms included with your rental. Description says 6, but also states you need to rent the basement separate. Kind of misleading.

Nice large house

Nice large house with plenty of space for an extended family visit. House is well appointed. Plenty of items to use in kitchen, lots of toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and kitchen soap. Nice touch to also provide soap & toothpaste in bathrooms. Home could use a few small repairs, but it served us perfectly. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great home, super clean

We rented the main house as well as the basement suite for two couples with kids. The home is perfect for a multi family occupancy, incredibly clean, well laid out and everything was so easy. Communication with the owner was 505, found no issues with anything and will likely reach out again when back in Edmonton.

Visiting Canada cousins trip

We are sisters in our seventies and eighties and are traveling from the USA to visit our Canadian cousins. The house is lovely. It smelled so fresh and clean. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were comfortable. My contact with the owners was pleasant. We had the entry code and information in a timely way. Whatever we needed was quickly supplied. We were so happy this house was 5 minutes from our 89 year old cousin. What a wonderful time we had!!

Beautiful house. Wrong door code but able to get ahold of owner quickly and solve the problem. Listing photos showed large basement with kitchenette and foosball and pool table; gave impression that the basement was included in listing, but locked. Contacted owner and found out that fine print said that the basement was a separate listing. Very disappointed. Houses extremely close together and very busy road that were not able to see on photos. But overall very good stay; we had 8 adults. House very large inside, 5 bedrooms, one of which was master with huge bathroom including spa tub, and one bedroom big enough for 2 queen beds. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen. Good laundry facilities. Would definitely stay there again!

Preparing for Moving Day

Five family members travelled to Edmonton to help pack and move our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren to Ontario. Henrietta's house is spacious and comfortable especially after a long day of packing boxes and moving furniture. The house is well appointed and we appreciated that everyone who was there to help could have their own room. Henrietta was timely with all of her communications and although we don't expect to be in Edmonton again, we can definitely recommend this location to others as it is well suited to larger family gatherings.

5 bedrooms are great for a large group

Our family enjoyed our time in the house. The five bedrooms allowed our teen and young adult children to have their own space. The primary suite is large, huge closet and bathroom. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood and the trail by the river. Would be good for biking too. One drawback is that the living room is small and could not accommodate the whole group. One couch and one loveseat. And it is the only TV in the house. The bedrooms are sparsely furnished - one of them did not have a dresser or closet. The yard is small. The addition of a grill would be great for the deck. We found the price very reasonable for the amount of space and the house is newer construction. Overall very happy with our stay!

Wedding Dress shopping in Edmonton, AB

We were a party of 8 family members travelling from BC, Alberta & Sask to meet up for a wedding dress shopping spree. This rental checked all our boxes for size & location. It was extremely spacious and with the 5 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms (we never used additional basement space), we were able to separate the loud snorers from the rest of the group, LOL. The soaker tub in the master bedroom was a God send after long days on the feet shopping :D (I think if we had stayed longer, we would have started a time schedule for it). As for location, although it was in the north east section of Edmonton, the bi-passes & highways around it made it easy to get around. And even though it was just off a major hwy, we didn't hear any noise from it. It was a 30-35min drive to/from airport, all hwy/freeway driving. Henrietta, prop mgr, was quick with any concerns we had and addressed them promptly. We would most definitely stay there again.

5+ Star Stay - Great Location

We were a party of 8 staying in Edmonton for a wedding in Sherwood Park and visitng other relatives in St. Albert. Location: Property is less than 2 minutes from Anthony Hendley loop and less than 20 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. Unexpectedly convenient location! Amenities: The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we could expect (and more!) Furniture was very comfortable and met all our needs. Washer/dryer on site was very convenient. More than enough dishes and utensils along with collection of spices (and breakfast cereal). Bedrooms/Bathrooms - lots of them and the beds were amazingly comfortable - honestly some of the most comfortable nights of sleep away from home I've ever experienced in 30 years of global travel with corporate America. Water pressure was great and towels were comfortable. Hosts - I can't say enough about our hosts - super responsive and helpful in every respect. We arrived on the hottest day of the year in Edmonton and the hosts brought us tower fans for each of the upstairs bedrooms to help mitigate the record heat - above and beyond! Not sure when we'll be back in Edmonton, but when we do, we are definitely going to be looking to stay here again!

Bedroom 6 - 1 Queen Bed and 1 double bed. This is located in the basement suite.

The basement is fully finished with one large bedroom, a living room with its own TV, Fridge, bar, and a 3-piece full bathroom. You have the option to also rent the basement if required for 2 more additional guests. The basement will attract additional charges of $70 per night.

If you are unable to rent the basement, the entrance leading to the basement will be locked during your stay.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the backyard and the deck.

Guests will also be able to access the basement suite if rented as an addition to the main and second floors. Renting the basement suite with the main floor rental will attract an additional $70 per night.

Driveway parking is available for the guests for two cars. The garage is off-limit for guests.
