This 2-bedrooms 3-washrooms is a luxury basement suite which comes fully furnished with all the amenities you need. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson Airport, having highways 401, 403, 407, and major stores in very close proximity. The apartment has three private work or study spaces. The bedrooms are spacious, each ensuite with its own private washroom, and an additional washroom for your visitors. There is an additional queen-size built-in pump auto-inflate Air mattress beside the king-size and queen-size beds for the convenience and comfort of an additional guest. The group would love smart TVs and fast 5G internet.

They had everything we needed, down to the seasonings, space, and overall a comfortable stay. As well as the convenience of the location close to stores, ect. Definitely will return, thank you

Beautiful, Safe and clean Airb&b

Very impressed with everything. Very neat and clean. Location is great. Host is great, friendly and approachable. Iā€™ll definitely be staying at this place again when visiting Toronto. 15 minutes from the airport.

Fantastic stay. Very very clean. The Superhost responded very quickly to all of our questions. Excellent amenities fully supplied. Ensuite bathrooms great. Obviously if you have a car you are in such a great location with excellent malls, shops and gas stations. Your access to all of the GTA's various access points including the Niagara region are very convenient. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you again

Everything you need but the odd issue

Overall great experience with the property manager. There were a couple of issues which I raised with the property manager. One was resolved - the others are just maintenance overall. It really did feel like home though - so much for the kids to play with, books to read, and even a garden area - but I didn't get to use it though.

This was our first experience with VRBO accommodations, and we were very impressed with everything. It was very clean and tidy. The location is ideal. The host is wonderful, friendly, and approachable. Communication was very easy throughout. It really felt like home.The apartment offered all the amenities described on the VRBO website, although there was one inconsistency: VRBO listed three bedrooms, even though there were only two. However, there was an air mattress and extra bedding, which was enough for our family.The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms each had their own full bathroom, which was a plus for us, and there was another bathroom off the kitchen. The overall space was open and pleasant.If you have a car like us, you're ideally located, with excellent shopping centers, boutiques, and gas stations. Access to all GTA hotspots, including the Niagara Region, is very convenient. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Basement suite - great location

We had a minor hiccup with checking in but our host responded before we arrived at the property. Once the information was provided, we were in without any issues.The suite was clean and had all the amenities as described on the VRBO site although there were some discrepancies: VRBO stated 3 bedrooms, there are only two - which was all we needed anyways and the check-out time as 11:00am but the instructions were 10:00am. Our host was quick to allow for a 11:00am check-out which was great and more aligned with hotels/resorts.The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the counter space is a bit small but did not affect anything. The bedrooms both had their own full bathrooms which was really nice and there was one more bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. The overall space was open and nice. I gave a 4 star for cleaniness only due to the outside space. There is a patio with a bbq but greenspace and patio could use some tlc. Again, this did not affect our stay in anyway. We did have a small issue with the temperature but our host was quick to fix it.The location was great and easy to get to from the airport. I rated it 4 stars only due to it being right off the freeway which you could hear from the suite. It was not terrible throughout the night but you did notice it as morning came.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again. I would recommend this property.
