Thanks Celia for your review, we have had the same bed for many years and this is the first time we have had any comment about it. We will be sure to check it out. We are glad you enjoyed all the facilities and the big backyard. It is a great space for families and couples alike - it was renovated 3 years ago with new floors, fresh paint, some new furniture and new bedding. Most people have enjoyed the feel and decor, it is exactly as it is in the photos. The 3 star is a little disappointing - considering it provided for all you needed and you had another option for a bed that suited your style. We wish you well in your journeys!

Thanks for your review Sarah - but unfortunately you have misread the rules and the booking arrangements - you pay the base rate for 4 persons and each person after that is $40 per night for extra washing and cleaning as explained to you when the extra fee was charged. There were 4 guests booked and 5 beds used - so additional cleaning required. Clarified by yourself there was definitely only 4 guests. So a once off charge not a nightly charge. Should you wish to google the location and Middleton beach it is actually 4 mins so actually less time than stated apologies if you were googling a different beach. Emu point is even closer. The edge of town is 2 mins but the centre is 6 mins, apologies I have corrected this if that’s what is expected. It was also disappointing that we had to communicate 7 times to have the second payment made for your stay and it was not cleared up until after the stay was over. With your feedback we have implemented tea coffee sugar and herbs and spices but it was never communicated this was included. In private messages you were impressed with the size of the yard, thoroughly enjoyed the games, the beds were comfortable and you would stay again. It’s again disappointing your review doesn’t reflect this.
