Regarding the electricity, as we discussed during your stay, there was an unplanned area power outage that was unfortunately outside our control. For the kitchen facilities, we aim for full transparency by noting that the home does not have an oven or cooktop in the listing description and including clear photos of the amenities. Additionally, we provide a digital guidebook to every guest upon arrival with our direct contact details. We aren't sure which booklet you are referring to, as our current contact information is listed across all our official confirmation, check-in materials and platforms.
