Amazing view, perfect location and very comfortable apartment

We really enjoyed our stay - the view is amazing and the location is perfect, easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We loved being able to walk across the road to the beach, watching the dolphins, going for walks, using the pool and relaxing on the balcony. The apartment is immaculately clean, well appointed and with everything we needed including gladwrap, foil etc and cleaning products. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and the staff we liaised with were friendly and helpful. We will look forward to staying there again!

Property not cleaned.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with the presentation of the property that had obviously not been cleaned with the toilet not flushed, paper and hair on the bathroom floor, dirty shower and the furnishings were also dirty.Food was also left in the cupboards.One doesn't expect to spend the first day of their vacation cleaning up after previous tenants.

32 Years at Forster in the Oceanic - And Loving It !!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family have been coming to Forster every school holidays for around 32 years and absolutely love the position, the unit as well as the proximity to restaurants and shops. It has become a tradition with family friends who holiday at the same time in the unit at the other end of the same floor. Both of our families have booked again for 2025 as well as put a hold on 2026. The noise of the ocean, the fantastic weather allows us all to relax and unwind in comfort. This year we had a few alarms go off very late in the evening as well as early hours of the morning - this was alarming as no Fire Brigade attended. I called the Police they advised us to wait till the Fire Brigade arrived to give the all clear - they did not turn up at any of the incidents. This needs to be looked into as my family is on floor 6 and lifts are not to be used in a fire this is of great concern.

Comfortable bed, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware; working stove and microwave; good sized fridge; washing machine and dryer; comfortable lounge seating; good sized shower and mini deep bath.Outdoor chairs were rusty; no wi-fi; no linen provided ( bring your own pillows; no ceiling fans/aircon.

The apartment complex is in a fantastic location being right across the road from Forster beach. The views are amazing and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach sound wonderful. It’s great to be able to walk across the road for a swim or walk on the beach. The apartment complex is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff at Wiseberry Forster are great to deal with and always helpful and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a comfortable and lovely place to stay.

Wonderful break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 1 week in Forster and stayed at Oceanic 27. Handy to restaurants, cafes, shops and fishing. The beach is right in front and great walks to Tuncurry and surrounds. Only minus, is that linen wasn't provided and we brought our own. You can arrange linen service at additional cost, and this seems a common thing with rentals in this area. Also, there were building construction works going on, but we were fore-warned about that. Definitely would stay again :)
