Family Getaway

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. My family really enjoyed the many heated pools, hot tubs, and heated slides.

Clean and Quiet Condo

We enjoyed staying at this property but would have really loved having a grill. The grounds were very well kept and the pool area just outside this Condo was clean and pretty quiet. Having King beds in both bedrooms was fantastic, great for traveling with our adult son and girlfriend. We would come back and rent this property.

Great stay!

Thank you for sharing your rental. It was perfect for us on a short 3 day stay. Loved having a kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Perfect location in St George.

Had a great time

We enjoyed the condo's high ceilings and proximity to the waterfall pool area with hot tub. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location was great for getting to the Interstate or downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as we expected. The location to the pools was fantastic. We were disappointed that we were unable to use the patio that turned out to be closed for repairs but we managed. The location of the complex seemed close to everything around town. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent as usual

Door code didn’t work when we got there at 12:30 am. Called the emergency number and they responded immediately with a new door code. Not a big deal since they were so responsive. Would def stay here again.

Great stay

My stay was great. I had one issue. We arrived Wednesday and Thursday afternoon we had a knock on the door and there were 2 men needing to do maintenance on the balcony. I didn't mind that they came it just would have been nice to have a heads up they were coming.

Check-in started out with the code not being correct and waiting for a response from the management company so we could get inside the unit. The condo was spacious, great kitchen counter space to prep meals and eat - lots of room there. They provided plenty of necessities from garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toiletries and towels. Upon arrival, we tried setting up the air mattress, only to discover that a previous guest had broken the electrical pump attached to mattress, and no one bothered to check mattress dieting the turn over. The mattress was worthless. We contacted the appropriate contact numbers provided and received no response regarding this issue. The messaging system via VRBO was also worthless, as we received no help there either. This was the day before Thanksgiving, so there should've been plenty of time to at least respond on their part. We waited until bedtime and still nothing. Our family member had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor, but there weren't enough cushions to have an adult sized male sleep on them. It was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we were forced to deal with it for 2 nights.We got a replacement mattress on the 3rd day. I think the management company customer service was incredibly lacking. Disappointing. We love the resort and have visited several times. We will avoid this unit in the future.

Clean. Outdated and worn. Did not look like the ad in my opinion. Lock did not work when we arrived and we were told they often have trouble with that lock. Look several calls and different combinations to finally get in. Management was helpful in resolving the situation, it just took a bit.

Nice St George property

This property met all of our needs and is in a good St George location. We were mostly pleased with the condo although the king bed mattress is very soft and you cannot flush a toilet or turn on water in a sink while someone is in the shower without the water in the shower turning either very hot or very cold. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions prior to arriving and check-in/check-out was very easy and smooth. Overall a positive experience.

Good overall but could do a few things

Was a good stay for a family of 4. The check in was easy, just a keyless lock pad. The condo was clean enough and had the essentials for daily life. Could definitely use a little updating and simple maintenance. One of the main pools was just closed. No reason given. The waterfall was not working, no reason again. Overall would stay again. Comfy and easy.

Great family complex

Our stay was comfortable, the beds were comfortable & we had plenty of space. The remote controls did not work on all of the tv’s & should be labeled. We really wish it had an outside grill because by the time you cook inside it heats the whole house up. The amenities are also bare minimum & basic kitchen items like cooking oil & foil/saran wrap or at least containers would be nice. A soft cooler would also have been appreciated. The property is dated, but our family had a great time & the kids enjoyed meeting new friends.

Wee were informed as we were about Tom he k in that the balcony was being repaired and would not be available to us. We were offered a $50 refund or a full refund if we chose to stay elsewhere. As it was the day of our arrival, we had not choice but to stay. A property representative e offered to move us to a different unit, but that was no an option, according to his superiors as none were clean. A new entry code was sent to me. It did not work. Thankfully, the old entry code did work. The unit was acceptable and a $50 refund was granted, as promised. It was a disappointing experience

Clean with lots of amenities in a convenient location

Clean and well stocked condo. Located on the 3rd floor so not noisy. The kids liked having a tv in every bedroom. There were plenty of pools/hot tubs to enjoy. The only con was when we arrived there was a very strong smell that made it hard to breath and made our eyes water. Originally we thought it was cigarette smoke, but maybe it was a cleaning chemical. We left all the windows open for 24 hrs which helped it. Management was easy to contact about the issue.

Not Impressed. Ants!!

Ants!! When we arrived there were ants crawling along the edges of the walls in both bedrooms and all over one of the bathrooms. In that bathroom there were ants crawling all over the bathroom floor, the tub and a bunch of dead ants on the countertop. We called management and they sent someone over to spray the following day but that still didn’t completely take care of them.
