However, we are truly sorry for the cleanliness issues you encountered during your time at the property. Please know that we did send the cleaners back to address the concerns you raised, and the lounge was steam cleaned upon your departure. It has since been replaced to ensure future guests have a better experience. We also deeply regret that the power outage affected your stay. Unfortunately, this was something beyond our control and affected many in the area, but we hope the refund provided as a goodwill gesture helped to make up for some of the inconvenience.
