5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.

Family birthday celebration

A superb property to stay in. Very spacious with plenty of spaces spread out for quiet time. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs and we were really comfortable. Would recommend this property for large family gatherings

Excellent

We came down to Dromana for a basketball tournament. There were 7 teenagers and 2 adults. The accommodation was excellent. Large house with big rooms, plenty of beds and space. Very warm and inviting. House had everything you need - from foil, to tea, to shampoo and conditioner. Communication was the best I have experienced. Responded quickly, even when I locked the keys in the house! Nothing was too difficult. Will definitely be back and will recommend this accommodation to others. Thanks for the great weekend!

Spacious and well equipped house

We spent the long weekend at this lovely house. It was warm, spotless, and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with a massive 900m SMEG oven and all the appliances you could need. It was also quite soundproof e.g. possible to sleep in the morning when others were up and making breakfast. Lovely views of the ocean, walking distance to the Dromana shops. Great dog friendly house, highly recommended.
