Lorikeet is a relaxed, comfortable and stylish beach house, perfect to come together with friends and family to enjoy the best of Jervis Bay. On one of the leafiest streets in Vincentia, nestled by the bush and perched above Blenheim Beach you’ll feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet have easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants.
Pets are welcome - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go upstairs (on carpet) or on furniture. There is plenty of space downstairs for them and in our fenced yard. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged.
The house itself is large, drenched with natural light, boasts beautiful views and high ceilings. Split across two levels, you’ll feel immersed in nature above the treetops whilst enjoying plenty of space for everyone to relax. An older style but refreshed house with all new furnishings, Lorikeet will make you feel relaxed, yet comfortable and indulged. There’s a rustic, coastal feel, with linens, rattan and driftwood defining the interior style and focus on all the things that really matter – comfy beds, beautiful furniture and styling as well as everything you need for a family holiday.

* Need to know * - Sleeps 12 plus infants (travel cot and highchair available). We prefer a max of 8 adults and 4 children. Any groups with more than 8 adults must send a request before booking. This house is not suitable for young or party groups - 5 bedrooms including 1 king with large walk in and ensuite, 3 queens and 1 bunk room with 4 single beds. Upstairs you’ll find the master king room and 1 queen, whilst the further 2 queens and bunk room are situated downstairs - 2 bathrooms, 1 on each level. Note the upper bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom - Two living areas both with TVs. Downstairs lounge area by open plan kitchen / dining space. Upstairs a further large lounge area features home office space - Internal laundry with washer and dryer - Off street parking on our driveway - Note this is an older property but well maintained and with brand new furniture, décor and styling meaning you’ll feel comfortable yet relaxed

Perfect for a friends gathering
The place was very well set up, near gorgeous Jervis Bay beaches like Blenheim beach, coastal walks to Hyams Beach and Little Hyams beach, plenty of shops and cafes around, the kitchen was great for 7 people! I'd go back there any time.

Excellent for a family getaway
This was a fantastic property for a family getaway. Great location to access the beautiful Jervis Bay beaches, extremely clean and very comfortable and spacious facilities. A great home away from home. Mel and Alana were great with their communication and very thoughtful in the information and tips and local knowledge provided. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back. Thank you for the pleasure of staying at Lorikeet.

Husky Tri weekend
Great place to stay as it was quiet but a 10 min drive to Husky where the fun was happening. Steep stairs were a challenge for the little kids and the dog but that was part of the fun. Blenheim beach is lovely and a 5 min walk. Would definitely stay here again

We'll be back - a truly fabulous stay!
This is a lovely house in a gorgeous setting, walking distance to so many beautiful places, quiet and peaceful. We really couldn't ask for more.This was a family gathering for us, our kids and grandparents, uncles and aunties etc. Everyone had a wonderful time and we were all very sad to leave.Everything went smoothly and we had a great time whether it was sunny or raining heavily. Vincentia is gorgeous, as are its surrounds.Highly recommended to all ages (we had ages 1 to 84!).
