New Year Vacay

Wonderful stay in Steamboat. Hosts were extremely communicative before, during and after our stay. This is our second time staying in this property and we definitely consider staying again. Close to the slopes, lovely view of the mountain, nice personal touches.

Perfect stay

We were in town for the Run Rabbit Run race. This location was perfect, easy walking distance to the start/finish and we could even see the finish line from the balcony. The condo was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bedrooms and living space. I really appreciated the great communication with the owner. They responded quickly to any questions I had and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. I plan on staying here again the next time I am in Steamboat.

Nice place in Steamboat

It was a very nice place to stay at, even had a welcome basket when we showed up. If you have children or if you walk hard on your feet be cautious. We got yelled at by the tenant underneath us within 20 minutes of arriving because our kids were running around. The owner of the condo was understanding and let us know that he has been an issue in the past. We did not have any other issues but was not the way we wanted to start our stay. Parking can get iffy if you have a large vehicle but we figured it out. Other than that the property is great. There is a great view and withing walking distance to the resort base. If we ever go back to Steamboat, i would consider staying here again.

Highly Recommend

The owners of this property go way above and beyond in communication with you, and also making sure it is very well stocked. We usually bring things like baggies, napkins, lotion because they are often not in a rental condo. However, all of that and much more was already there. Super clean. Beautiful view of the night skiing lights. Wish we could have stayed the whole week, but unfortunately a skiing accident brought us home early. I highly recommend this place!

Best Host Ever!

Beautiful location overlooking Steamboat ski area. Condo had everything we needed. Best equipped kitchen and out door grill that made meal prep easy.

Nice getaway

The perfect hosts. Communication was great. The condo was clean and fully stocked… Above what you would expect from a vacation rental. Welcome basket was especially appreciated. The only reason we are giving this less than five stars is because of the location and HOA. Despite the description, it would be a long walk to the slopes downhill/uphill. the one lane access is covered in snow. It was not wide enough for two-way traffic, so if you encountered someone on the way up or down you would have to back up. Also, parking is tight because the snow plows cannot maneuver around the tight spaces. Their HOA also didn’t shovel the stairs so it was dangerous getting to/from the condo. no-fault to the owners, but the management company needs to do its part to make this a five-star rental .

Awesome two-night stay

The condo was the perfect base camp for our ski trip. Dan and Kelli are warm, communicative, and thoughtful. The view of the slopes and proximity to lift access were perfect for us. Would 100% recommend and hope to come back!

Concierge Communications

Dan was active in making sure we had the best directions, and all needs met while we were in route to the condo and throughout the visit. Since the condo wasn’t booked immediately after our time, he offered late check out so we could enjoy the time on the slopes ⛷️. As others have said the kitchen is totally stocked for cooking in. Everything was super clean. Location very walkable to the slopes for the able bodied.

Very Nice Condo convenient location with Magnificent View

The condo met all of our needs. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine. It is very convenient to the mountain. The view is magnificent overlooking the ski area. The condo is equipped with everything you might need. Spices, tea, coffee, cooking oil. All the cooking utensils needed were provide, even with storage containers for leftovers. We were able to grill outside on the balcony in sub freezing temperatures without a problem

Father/Daughter Trip

There is not enough space to describe our stay. I'll start with the amazing hosts. We communicated several times due to flight cancelations and delays. The host was very accommodating to whatever we needed and even offered to flex the dates of our stay if needed. The condo was completely furnished with everything you could need and then some. I've never stayed anywhere that had absolutely everything you could possibly think of as far as furnishings, kitchen ware, etc. Simply incredible. The view from the deck is a Billlion dollar view for sure. My daughter and I will remember this view and trip for the rest of our lives. We even had an elk walk right up to the bottom of the deck the morning we left. This is definitely a 5 star accommodation. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of time and money into making their condo a home away from home. I just can't say enough good things about the trip, the condo and all we were able to do while in Steamboat. Prettiest town I've ever seen.

Lovely accommodations

Amazing Place

You will not be disappointed with this condo. You can not ask for a better view of the slopes and Steamboat mountain range. The ski resort is only a four minute walk. Dan and Kelli are great hosts who are genuinely concerned that one has an A+ stay. We certainly did. Their condo is nicely furnished, and the kitchen has everything you will need. Dan and Kelli provided a binder with many places of entertainment, restaurant suggestions as well a other activities. and information. We will be back to visit Steamboat Springs and unit 207 again!

Great location & friendly hosts

A cozy and homey condo with very friendly and attentive hosts. The location is great and the property feels very "Colorado" like. The condo has everything one might need for a great vacation. We felt right at home. The welcome basket with some goodies was a very nice touch. Dan & Kelli made us feel appreciated and well informed prior to and during the stay.. Highly recommend.

Fall Get-Away

My husband and I had a wonderful fall get-away at this very comfortable and well-stocked condo. Dan and Kellie made us feel really welcome, providing a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine along with detailed instructions on everything we needed to know about the condo, restaurants, and events in Steamboat. They kept in touch with us by email to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. We spent most of our time in the mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the ski slopes and the Yampa Valley, eating meals and reading. An unexpected bonus was an unimpeded view of full moon to the south every night we were there. During the days we explored the area by car and on foot as "leaf-peepers" to see bright gold aspen covering all the mountains and valleys. Thanks, Dan and Kellie, for all your thoughtful touches. We would definitely stay in this condo again. PS The condo was spotlessly clean!

Fall weekend in Steamboat

The property owners were incredibly responsive and friendly, with up-to-date information and good suggestions. The condo is exactly as described, very nice deck overlooking the ski mountain with two separate queen bedrooms that were perfect for a college friend and I to travel and hike in steamboat. Overall outstanding experience

Fantastic condo for ski trip

We had a wonderful experience here. The condo is very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the slopes. Dan and Kelli are pretty much the best hosts that anybody staying in a condo can hope for. We would most definitely stay here again!!!
