Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a spacious pool area with charcoal and gas grills, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, a fish cleaning table, a basketball hoop, and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 vehicles. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious game room with a pool table, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #1 is a King bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom #2 is a spacious King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a TV, and access to the covered pool deck.

Mid Level: The middle level has an additional sitting area with a TV, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry area. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 Twin beds, and bedroom #4 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and an attached private full bathroom. Bedrooms #4 and #5 enjoy ocean views with direct access to the oceanfront deck, hot tub, and hammock.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by the spacious great room with high ceilings and large windows that provide plenty of light and 180-degree ocean views! Linens and towels are provided all year, and beds will be made. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
