This contemporary and well-equipped home accommodates 9 guests and features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms, as well as an additional Outdoor heated shower. Enjoy the outdoor living space on the main level deck that offers a Hot Tub nestled under a Pergola, comfortable outdoor seating, a Gas Grill and an eating area with unforgettable views of the Sound. Bring your boat or just your fishing gear as this home has its own sound-front private double-dock and pier. Beautiful hardwood floors, new coastal furnishings, a large kitchen, and a smart flat screen TV & DVD player can be found in the main level open-concept living area. The kitchen offers a 6-burner gas cook-top, over-sized refrigerator, and a double wall oven & microwave. A main-level bedroom offers a King bed with a relaxed nautical vibe, a smart- flat-screened TV, and en-suite bathroom. The top-floor sound-front Master bedroom has a Cape Cod furnished appeal with a King bed, smart- flat-screened TV, large jetted tub, tiled shower, and a private deck with rocking chairs; perfect for watching sunrises or stargazing! Two more 2 bedrooms are located on the top floor and share a hall bathroom. One offers a Queen bed with amazing views of the sunsets over Manteo, entertainment center and smart flat-screen TV. The other bedroom offers a Twin and a Day Bed with a pull-out Trundle bed, under a vaulted ceiling and a smart flat-screen TV capable of handling a favorite gaming system or Internet connected device. Village Landings 58 stands above the rest by offering a recreation area with Ping-Pong, Foosball, Bikes, and 2 Kayaks for exploring the sound and surrounding canals. For guests of all ages, there are family games and books, as well as equipment for outdoor activities. A boat slip with 30' of protected Canal Space is also available across the street at Ballast Point Canal #60. Maximum parking for 4 vehicles. This home is non-smoking and pet-free. Trailer must be stored in covered parking area. If it does not fit there, it must be stored off-site for an additional fee.
