~New Covered pergola with misters to cool the air in the summer! It's a great place to read or relax. Our guests frequently take their meals outdoors and use the Weber grill. The screened spa is an added bonus for ending your evening!

You'll love the convenience of our location - just a 15 minute walk to historic downtown Ft. Myers! We are very close to many baseball fields, such as Terry Park and the City of Palms Baseball park, former field of the Red Sox.

~GREEN PALM VILLA VACATION RENTAL APARTMENTS are conveniently located just off beautiful McGregor Blvd. and within a short walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There are also two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & Yacht Basin.

Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown, as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

The famous Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Museum & Estates are a few blocks away. We have a very nice Publix grocery store in the neighborhood, so food shopping is so easy when you arrive. Convenience stores, drugs stores & gas stations are close by and I-75 is about a 15-minute drive. The beautiful Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island are about 30+ minutes away -a straight shot, EASY DRIVE down McGregor Blvd.

With all our apartments, we strive to make your vacation as pleasant as possible with our lovely garden & outdoor areas and our tasteful, comfortable furnishings.

Guests of the two upstairs suites will use the laundry room located downstairs at the back of the house. We have new Samsung appliances, so your laundry comes out beautifully! I supply scent-free laundry detergent & softener.

Guests of all apartments in the Green Palm Villa respectfully share the common areas which include the on-site, paved parking area, screened spa area, garden, grill, outdoor dining tables & chairs, lounge chairs, covered pergola, gazebo, clothes line, bikes, beach equipment, & golf clubs.
