This holiday space is very private, offering a secure gated entrance, a secure boat yard and a floor plan that only looks over water - no neighbours in sight!



The social spaces are divine. The al fresco is a wow factor addition to the home, and the blue of the pool bounces off the surrounds, creating a sense of calm and relaxation.



Guests have access to the entire space - including the double garage (apologise, the garage is currently note available for use at this time due to building works) the courtyard garden and the boat jetty with wake riders. The home offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 lounge spaces, 2 bathrooms and the garage offers a 3rd bathroom, with toilet and shower.

Master: King bedroom with ensuite and water views

Guest bedroom 2: King bed

Guest bedroom 3: 2 single beds (or a king bed)

Guest bedroom 4: 2 single beds (or a king bed)

An additional single mattress is available upon request (for the 9th guest)
