The experience was great, we saw bears right from our door! It was very cool. The kids loved the swimming pool and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after walking along the strip most of the days.

Washer and dryer not in the unit and had to pay to wash and dry the towels in order to have enough for the entire trip. The stand up shower in one of the bathrooms needs updating and no shelving for shampoo or soap. Bathrooms small. Further walk to downtown than expected. There is a trolley stop down the road that is not marked well.

This convenient unit is a popular rental.The laundry is located in the building …not in individual units.The property is as described in the description and photos…which include a map. We have no control of the trolly or trolly stops. Records indicate that you did not contact us during you stay for a service call, and we would have been more than happy to assist . The listing has been reviewed for accuracy. Thank you for being a valued guest and we hope you visit the area again very soon.

Amenities. The place is very outdated. The shower in our bathroom look like somebody had stopped in the middle of repairing it. There was nowhere to even put the soap or the shampoo up off the floor.

Great place to stay!

Our favorite part was everything is just walking distance. Great place and the condo has great rooms and space for me, my family and friends. We also saw a bear on our first day. Great place to stay!

Very comfy stay for the entire family

If you are looking for a place within walking distance to the heart of Gatlinburg, this is an amazing option, especially for a family who would like 3 separate rooms. My wife and I agree that the beds were perfect after a full day of walking around town.

There was way too much chlorine in the hot tub. After turning it on, we had difficulty breathing and our eyes started to burn.

Thank you for being a valued guest. The hot tub area is maintained by the building technicians. It is not the responsibility of the rental management company, however if you had contacted our staff we would have been happy to make the necessary contacts to resolve the problem. The rental unit itself is a wonderful, conveniently located property, and receives positive comments.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time! The property is just a short walk from lots of activities on the Parkway. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. Seems like the unit is undergoing some renovations.

Overall the stay worked for what we needed. We were out site seeing so mainly just slept there. The condo was not very clean. There was food splattered on the walls, the bathrooms had hair in the showers. The pull out couch had food crumbs and odd colored stains on the sheets(we didn't use it because of this). The pool and hot tub and so many bugs it didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks, if we travel to Gatlinburg again we would not stay there.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. If the staff had been notified, we would have been happy to send the cleaning and maintenance staff immediately to rectify the concerns. We do have time stamped photos that the unit was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Our team would have been glad to accommodate you and respond in a very timely manner. Our customer service contact number is posted inside the property… usually on the refrigerator. in our check-in email it is requested that you contact us immediately upon arrival if there is a problem. We sincerely apologize if there were any improprieties, but we hope you will visit the area again.
