This house was outstanding! Kathie was very responsive and the waterfront home was a great place to visit for the beginning of summer. The dock was nice and there were a lot of places to visit close by with the boat… would definitely stay here again!!

How was clean, easy check in and check out. Lots of games to play, great view of the canal. Extremely comfortable beds.

We stayed for 8 nights and found the home very comfortable. I like to cook so the well equipped kitchen was appreciated. You'll have everything you need. We slept great on the comfy beds and the home was very clean. The pool is on the west side of the home so it gets a little hot in the afternoon but the screened in porch helps a lot. We enjoyed the ducks who visited the dock every morning while we drank our coffee.

The house was immaculate, and the entire property felt like a luxury hotel stay. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and relaxing. We highly recommend staying here—it was truly the highlight of our Apollo Beach trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful four-bedroom home in Apollo Beach. The house was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.The large kitchen island became one of our favorite gathering spots, and there were plenty of comfortable areas throughout the home for our family to socialize. The outdoor space was especially enjoyable—the pool overlooking the Tampa Bay canal made for a perfect Florida setting. We fished off the dock and caught several species of fish. We also loved the location. Apollo Beach was relaxing and convenient, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby estuary as well as trying a couple of the local restaurants. Publix was nearby to buy all of our groceries for our stay. If you’re into fishing a bait shop is about a mile away. Overall, this was a great home for a family getaway, with plenty of space, beautiful surroundings, reasonably priced, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Family Vacay

Very nice place. Loved the pool, we were in our everyday, multiple times a day!! Kids love the kayaks.

This House was just Perfect! The pool very clean and the kids had so much fun swimming! The fishing was also great right there off the dock! We loved how the kitchen area flowed so nicely on to the lanai and pool area which has so much space with two seating areas with one having a TV. Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice peaceful place to stay in the Apollo Beach area. The host Kathie is very reachable with questions and is very nice and she has pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and disposal service very routinely making it the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! :)

Great after Graduation Trip

We loved our stay at Pirates Den. There were 7 adults and we had plenty of room. We all really enjoyed the outdoor area by the pool and the dock. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we go back. The owner was easily reachable for any question and check in was seamless. Great stay at a great place!!!

Short stay

We really enjoyed staying here! Everything was so nice and felt like home. They really go above and beyond here, you have everything you need for your stay!! The kids loved having the pool and fishing off the dock. The dog loved the dog door and getting to explore the backyard and the dock!! One of the best VRBO we have stayed at and hope to stay again! The host was great!!

Great space wonderful holiday

This is a wonderful house with a perfect layout for entertaining. The linens are wonderful and the kitchen is fully stocked. The canal and beautiful. We did some fishing off the dock (our own poles) and caught several nice sized fish. Daughters enjoyed the kayaks and weights for exercise. Very comfortable and great location. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Spacious.

This is a spacious, comfortable, well stocked house with lots of toys. The house has kayaks, bikes and foosball table - lots of amenities to keep a large family busy. For us, it is close to Sun City Center, where our parents were. Easy in from Tampa airport. We have stayed here a couple of times because it is large enough for three couples and some kids to all have a comfortable space.

presidents day weekend.

We were incredibly happy to find this property a couple wks before traveling and that was great. So happy that they also allowed our dog to come. Property is nice and we enjoyed the boat dock. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain our weekend so we could not use all the amenities. The home was fine but definitely could use a remodel or update on the furnishings. Otherwise, was as advertised. Nor much to do in this area but we did see the manatees which was a big plus.
