Family visit

Clean, spacious, just right for 5 adults and 1 adult sized teen. We were able to entertain additional family for an afternoon and had plenty of space even for a few small children. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic House!

We loved our stay and the hosts. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and organized. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated very nicely. I make many trips to the SLC area. I will definitely stay again.

Fun styling in a large house

The house was perfect for our stay, and had everything we needed. The artwork throughout made it cohesive and memorable, and there are plenty of places to hang out and relax with the family. It was a very hot week, but the A/C worked great and everything was quite comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. 10/10 perfect!

This house is just as described and more. We had a fantastic stay.. it had everything you would want and need at a vrbo stay. It was in a great location. 20 mins to everything! The owners went above and beyond for us. We stayed over the Christmas period and they had put up a Christmas tree and hung stockings on the mantel. I can’t tell you enough how perfect this house is. If your looking to stay in Salt lake this is a great choice!

Shared house?!!?! Not okay.

Nowhere in the description is it disclosed that you are NOT renting a full house, but instead sharing this house with strangers living in the basement who have full access to your living area. It is a shame because otherwise we really liked this house and would have liked to stay here again.

We’re stunned by this false review. We do have a separate basement apartment, but with it’s own outside entrance, which we fully disclose in the description on the property. ABSOLUTELY NO LIVING SPACE IS SHARED. The basement is separated by 2 locks and additional insulation for soundproofing. We completely disclosed it in our property description to make it clear before guests book. We also address it in the check-in instructions, so we're not sure how it was missed prior to check-in. Some guests rent the main home as well as the basement apartment which not only ensures complete control of the domain, but also allows guests to enjoy 2 full kitchens, 3 living /family rooms, another study area, bed and bath, and a Fitness Room. It's a sweet deal at a great price. Our goal is for happy guests and good reviews.

Beautiful clean home. Only issue was the basement is rented out seperate and the occupants came and went at all hours of the night and kept leaving the garage door open. I thought I was getting a full home with privacy. This should be disclosed. Also, when we arrived we could not get in but the owner was easily reached and fixed the problem.

Clean, bright and spacious

We needed a place for a spontaneous get away. Even though it was just my husband, our baby and me, it was perfect! Waaaay more space than we needed, but it would be perfect for a family gathering or large group trip. Helpful and responsive hosts too. We didn’t know there was a basement apartment rental as well, which didn’t matter too much except that their late night cooking wafted upstairs and was pretty potent at 10pm. But the property is in a quiet neighborhood super close to movie theaters and shopping and restaurants.
