- The OUTDOOR PAVILION has your group covered like no other rental around; stay sheltered and shaded under the roof of the 40ft x 35ft PAVILION, be comfortable while outside, no matter the weather! Where eating outside is always easy and convenient too!

- The PATIO is 4000 sq ft of open-air, stamped concrete…so, so much space to socialize!

- The OUTDOOR FIREPLACE is located under the cover of the PAVILION. You can build a fire and gather, rain or shine…and even in the snow!

- The OUTDOOR WOOD FIRED BRICK OVEN is located in the PAVILION; have a pizza cook-off competition and be rewarded by eating your own creation!...a big hit with kids and adults alike!

- The FIRE PIT is located on the PATIO, just a few feet from the PAVILION; built a fire and gather under the night-sky!

LARGE INDOOR GATHERING SPACES – (Social Hall and open-concept Kitchen/Bar Area/Living Room)

- The SOCIAL HALL is located on the 2nd floor. This great, big open space has a vaulted/rustic ceiling, with exposed rough-cut timber and massive windows; in the winter you can see Seven Spring’s Northface Slopes all lit up in the distance! The SOCIAL HALL also has billiard table and plenty of seating and lots of potential for fun!

- The KITCHEN is fully equipped. Seating and prep areas are plentiful. There is a huge commercial oven (6 large cast-iron burners, 2 ovens that hold commercial-full-sized cooking trays and a large stainless-steel griddle for mass production of pancakes and eggs!) A chef’s dream, especially when cooking for groups!

- The BAR AREA had a kegerator with 2 taps and an extra refrigeration space to store food and drinks.

- The LIVING AREA has a 22 ft H x 11ft W stone fireplace, sofas and TV too, of course!
