Inside my Rome - Enjoy the Italian way

You are in the heart of the eternal city, convenient location for transportation, shopping, restaurants, museums and sightseeing. Piazza di Spagna, Via dei Condotti, Trevi Fountain, river Tiber, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and also the Vatican is walking distance from you!

The apartment is romantic, private and stylishly decorated, just one minute away from the Spanish Steps, ideal for those who want to explore Rome by foot. Recently renovated, it is bright, air-conditioned and Wi-Fi-served. Composed of a large living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen with satellite TV and a library with books and tourist guides in both English and Italian.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is furnished with a counter ā€“ perfect for breakfast, an oven, a microwave, four stove burners, stainless steel counter tops, a refrigerator, a small freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen also has an electric kettle for tea and coffee, an Italian-style moka and a Nespresso coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies.

Large wardrobes in the double bedroom and an en suite a bathroom with a shower cabin, a hairdryer and a wall-mounted radiator. In the entrance there are more built in wardrobes in which iron and ironing board are stored. The apartment can accommodate up to four people and on request I can provide a traveling cot and a high chair. If it were needed, my daughter is a perfect, reliable and available babysitter.

I will personally receive you and will help you with suggestions and tourist information. English and French are spoken. The entire apartment will be at your disposal. My home is your home. I arranged the apartment as I would like to find a place arranged for me.

Additionally, I can arrange for you a car service for transfers from and to the airport (cost for each way 45 euros or 65 euros for a minivan); a guided Rome tours to suit your personal needs; a maid service (8 euros hourly fee to please arrange in advance if possible); a complete linen change is included half way through the stay in case of over 12 days bookings; Italian cooking lesson at home or in chef's location as well as special pizza classes. Ask me more, I might be able to satisfy your requests and needs!

Spacious flat with comfortable beds and air conditioning! The bed was comfortable. The shower is a little tight. We were able to leave our bags early and Daniela was flexible on our checkout. Very enjoyable stay!

I loved this apartment. It was perfect for my familyā€™s stay and so conveniently located to restaurants and anything you would need. The location was perfect and the apartment was great with everything we would need. Overall, the apartment was very clean, there was an ant problem in the washroom, but we just dealt with it.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

We enjoyed a very comfortable two week stay in Danielaā€™s beautiful apartment. The neighborhood was a convenient walk to museums, churches, and other sights, and good restaurants nearby. Daniela was responsive to our questions and made the entire check- in/out process seamless. We look forward to returning!

Great place, location & host!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Equipped with all your needs. It is conveniently located by the Spanish steps, taxi stand (2 blocks) & an easy leisurely stroll (15-30 min.) to most city center places of interest. Mini mart around the corner for any groceries or basic hygiene items. Daniela was very responsive via WhatsApp to any communications. I would definitely book this home again.

Great apartment in a great location!

This immaculate property was a perfect home base for our site seeing in Rome. It is right by the Spanish steps with great restaurants and shopping right outside the door. We found the apartment to be modern, clean, and very comfortable. I found it to be a great value and would highly recommend it!

Best Apartment in Italy

We have just arrived home after our third stay in Daniela's fabulous apartment ...each time we have found the apartment very comfortable, spacious and it is an excellent base from which to explore Rome. Amazing !! Stunning apt and perfect location

This stay was truly amazing. Started with Daniela l, owner of property, contacting us before our vacation and assisting us with pick up from airport followed by restaurant bookings etc.On the day of arrival she met with us at the apartment and checked us in. The apartment was stunning, so so clean and had everything we needed in it. Daniela even arrived with water and fruit for us. So very thoughtful. The apartment is perfectly located with 5 mins from Spanish steps and 7 mins walk from trevi fountain. We found we could walk to most of the attractions we wanted to go to. Some lovely local bars and restaurants too. Daniela was so accommodating right to the end of our stay. We could leave 20 mins before our taxi pick up which was also kindly arranged by Daniela. If we decide to return we would definitely choose this apartment again.

This is our 2nd time staying in Danielaā€™s apartment. We love it so much and she has thought of absolutely everything one would need when traveling. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable furniture and bed. The chair in the corner is great to catch up on a journal, read a book or simply relax and listen to the people below on the streets when you open the window. It is extremely quiet and we slept great, could not hear any noise from the streets. The location cannot be beat, so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the restaurants, gelato shops. Great shopping is just around the corner and only half a block to the taxi stop. Daniela was kind enough to let us check in early since our plane arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The communication with her was great from the time we booked her apartment and also while we were staying there. If we had any questions, she was available. She gave us suggestions for restaurants and different places to see. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picturesā€¦even better.Thank you Daniela for making our 2nd stay in your apartment just as wonderful as our first one. We loved every minute and made so many more beautiful memories!!

Our 5th Time in This Apartment!

Daniela is always the perfect hostess. She is within contact if you need anything and is so thoughtful and friendly. We left my husbandā€™s bag inside the door as we were leaving and I called her. Her daughter arrived soon after to unlock the doors and we made our train! The bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space too. We cooked breakfast every morning during our two week stay. The metro and shopping are outside your door. Love having the dishwasher and wash machine. We hope to be back next year.

My husband and I absolutely loved this apartment. Cannot say enough good things about it, fantastic location, clean and comfortable and Daniela has thought of everything and is so helpful and accommodating. The Best Apartment We Stayed at in Italy!

This elegant apartment is centrally located near bus stops, the underground, great shopping, restaurants, and meters away from the Spanish Steps. The owner was a delight to meet upon our arrival and had many great suggestions regarding restaurants and local attractions. The owner even arranged for her daughter to babysit for us while my wife and I spent a well deserved night out! The apartment was classically Roman, extremely clean and beautifully decorated with all the convienences of home including A/C, Plasma TV with satelite and fully equiped kitchen. The next time we are in Rome we will definitely be booking this apartment again!

Hello, my name is Daniela and I was born from a very english mother and a very italian father. My father was roman but originally his father's family, my grandfather, was from Puglia. I was born and raised in Rome and feel I have received the best of two cultures. I am fluent in English as I am in Italian, therefore I studied french. I love Roma my city and Italy my country at the best and still love it at the worst. This is my little business which I look at as taking good care of my guests making them feel mostly welcome in a, for them, foreign country. I really enjoy meeting people and through my guests I dream of travels and different places.

In my life I have travelled and still do as much as I can, I am a mother of three children: 28 and 25 year old girls and 15 year old young man and my wishes and aims are to raise them real citizens of the world for it is such a great place to be in.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

This apartment has been in the family for many many years. Here is where I started my young adult life and where my first child was born. At some point I reluctantly had to move, for space reasons...the family was growing.

Fortunately the property was kept, rented out at the beginning and after some time I started hosting visiting family and friends from England and all over the world. This is how it became a holiday home.

I have many happy memories related to this place which, in this way, I feel I am sharing.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Is it only me that feels in the center of it all when here?
I sit in the living room, in the corner where my comfortable reading armchair is and I know, as much as I can also watch it, that downstairs in the street the world is passing by. Shoppers, romans, foreigners, merchants and sales assistants, workers and holiday makers.

Walking distance from almost everywhere: archeological sites, cafes and restaurants and also the original language version cinema. I used to be so grateful, especially as a roman born, not to have to get in the car to go anywhere and allowing myself the necessary walking pace that would make me feel 'nearly on holiday' in my own city.
