Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you found the property clean, cozy, and affordably priced, and that you enjoyed its convenient location near downtown Gatlinburg. As is typical throughout the Smoky Mountains, cabins are often situated on steep and uneven terrain, which is part of the natural mountain landscape. We appreciate you mentioning the driveway and reminding future guests to take extra care when driving, especially in wet weather. Thank you again for your feedback and for allowing us to host your stay. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable visit to the Smoky Mountains!

Thank you for your review. We hope you visit with us again soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay. We strive to provide a clean, well-maintained property with all advertised amenities available for our guests’ arrival, and we regret that your experience fell short of these expectations. We understand the importance of having a pack ’n play readily available when traveling with an infant. Once we were notified that it was missing, we arranged for both the pack ’n play and the requested vacuum to be delivered the following morning. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Guest satisfaction is important to us, and we continually look for opportunities to improve our property and ensure a positive experience for future guests. We hope you visit with us again soon.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and hope you could provide more to help us improve for future guests. We hope you will visit with us again soon.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that the bedding was not in acceptable condition upon your arrival, as this does not meet our standards for guest readiness. We also regret the inconvenience of having to wash the linens yourself. For future reference, we provide 24/7 guest support for our guests-you receive a text and it is posted in the cabin. A quick call would have allowed us to replace the bedding and resolve the issue immediately. We are addressing this directly with our cleaning team to ensure all linens are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and replaced, when necessary, prior to each check-in. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious layout of the cabin and the variety of games available for family entertainment. We sincerely apologize that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and comfort. Maintaining a high standard in these areas is very important to us, and we will be reviewing this closely with our cleaning team to ensure improvements are made. We also appreciate your comments regarding the single thermostat across multiple floors and the availability of additional blankets. As a reminder, we do provide a 24/7 support line for any issues that arise during a stay. You receive this number by text and is posted in the cabin.
