There is also a 24/7 support number in the cabin and in text messages you receive that you can call with any issues you may have during your stay.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator and the grill not meeting your expectations. We’re currently addressing both to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and accurate experience. While the cabin is older and doesn’t have central air, we understand how that can impact comfort during warmer days. We do provide a 24/7 phone number you could call with any issues during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously. That being said, the property is over 100 years old as is mentioned in the listing and is priced accordingly. The property is located 1/2 mile off of Hwy 321 and 6.2 miles to downtown Gatlinburg. The property has had some modern updates such as laminate flooring and granite countertops. There is a new, updated bathroom in the unit. We are on monthly pest control but in the mountains there are still bugs. The listing does not mention ceiling fans and shows box fans as seen in the listing pictures. As always, we do provide a 24/7 support number in the unit and in text messages for any issues during your stay. One call to that phone number and we would have happily attempted to move you to another property or address the issues. Also, questions can be asked before booking a property.

We are so sorry to hear the fish would not bite! We can suggest some great fly-fishing locations next time you are in town! We hope to welcome you back soon.
