Thanks for your feedback! Glad the home was clean and so close to the beach and restaurants. Sorry the spiral staircase was narrow and made access difficult — we’ll make sure the listing highlights the stairs more clearly so future guests know what to expect. We appreciate the note and hope to host you again. Best regards, Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you Lisa! Glad you enjoyed sunny Canal! Sun Palace Vacations

Thanks for your feedback! Glad the property worked well overall. Sorry the photos felt better than the reality — we’ll review the listing images and description to set clearer expectations. Apologies the hot tub wasn’t hot; we’ve reported it to maintenance to diagnose and correct. The sliding glass door lock is a safety/privacy concern — we’ve passed that along to the owner and will get it secured. Best regards, Sun Palace Vacation Homes

Thank you so much Tara, for sharing your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear your family had such a special vacation — especially celebrating it with your new grandson! It’s great to know the pool area, shaded lounge, and sunny spots made your stay so enjoyable, and that the decks provided the perfect places for game nights and morning coffee. We’re so happy the home offered the convenience and relaxation you were looking for, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you all back for another family getaway soon! Warm regards, Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Sorry the number of stairs made the stay less comfortable — the home does span multiple levels and we’ll make that clearer in the listing and arrival materials. Apologies you had to hunt for the laundry; it’s on the patio and we’ll add clearer directions and signage. We’ll have maintenance check the pool temperature and equipment. The island is still recovering from the hurricane and beach conditions can vary; we appreciate you supporting the area during rebuilding. Glad the beds and overall home worked for you. We’ll pass your notes to the owners and our team. Sun Palace Vacation Homes

Thank you for your feedback — I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We do apologize for the pool issues , however I do see that he was there on Sunday and he vacuumed, brushed, cleaned the filter , skimmed and added chemicals to the pool which took care of the issues. Regarding the spiral staircase , it is clearly visible in the photo of the living room , and this home does not have an elevator , however we do have many properties that do ! The tub and shower combination is also visible in the photos. We’ll complete a full kitchen inventory and replace low-quality utensils, have the living room rugs, upholstery, and patio furniture professionally cleaned (or replaced if needed), and send a technician to repair or replace the master bedroom TV. Thank you for noting the convenient location — your comments help us prioritize these improvements. Thank you Sun Palace Vacations
