Property is as pictures show, beautiful, with cute themed rooms, game room, and pool. The home was very clean and was well supplied with almost anything that you would want on vacation. It is close to shopping and restaurants.The pool is great and was warm with the Florida heat. We had a great family vacation as 7 adults and will stay at this property again. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Also the air conditioning works great which is a huge plus with the temps outside.

Good value and amenities

Good location and home had a lot of amenities. Nice hiking trails nearby and convenient to area attractions. The neighborhood appeared to be predominately rental properties and there was some audible noise from neighboring properties. Overall we were happy with the house and it met our needs at a reasonable price.

Absolutely wonderful property! We would definitely return. The themed rooms were adorable and amazing. The house was clean and easy. The process was so easy to book and the price was very reasonable the neighborhood was safe and close to a lot. Love it! Weā€™ll definitely be back.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. The house was clean and in good condition overall, even though it is showing its age. However, the kitchen utensils could use restockingā€”there werenā€™t enough spoons and forks for our group of eight. The exhaust vent was quite dirty and looks like it needs a filter replacement, and a few light bulbs in the dining room chandelier were out.Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great locationā€”convenient to theme parks, the airport, shopping, and even within walking distance to Samā€™s Club!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay while we were at the house. Business meeting at Orlando World Marriott was easy to get to and perfect place to decompress. We loved watching the deer that would graze in the green space behind the house while we were relaxing in the pool in the evenings

Great for families with various ages

This property exceeded our expectations. Each family member was able to have a secluded place to return to at end of each day, and there was room to gather as a family. The pool was great for our family of five. Property was very clean.

Beautiful property close to everything!

This property was perfect for my familyā€™s Spring break trip. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed for a week-long stay. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Itā€™s very close to Disney and only 15-20 minutes from Universal. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend without hesitation!

The property was very nice and the house supplied everything you would need. Not pristine in terms of cleanliness but not horrible either. Plenty of things for the kids to do if youā€™re bringing family. Overall Iā€™m pretty satisfied with the property

Perfect spot!

This was a great fit for our family! We had ages 11-70 and between lounging at the pool and the game room, everyone had a great time. It was centrally located for all the events we wanted to do and was easy to get to groceries or places to eat.Ask for the heated pool add on and bring your own pool toys or purchase cheap from the nearby Walmart. The pool is a gem and so fun to swim after a long day!My ONLY wish and suggestion for the future would be to provide a fan for each room. Only one room had it and we found that even though there was air conditioning, it had to be set at 72 and that made for muggy bedrooms with little airflow at night. Such a great house! Thank you!

The house was great location but the listing was not correct. There are neighbors on both sides. And we had to fight to use the community pool. Our first night we went out to the pool and the neighbors were loud in their pool and smoking some stuff that they shouldn't have been. We had to keep the kids inside until they left. The rooms are great and as described. The place wasn't that clean and it was hot when we first got there. We had a few issues and the management responded very quickly. Overall i would stay again and recommend the house to friends. Thank you,Chanda

Check in nightmare

The house was nice enough BUT the check in process was awful and terribly long. There were a ton of hoops to jump through. We will seriously reconsider a VrBO home if the same management company is tied to it. Pool was nice. There was zero contact with property managers even though I emailed twice. Also be on the lookout if you donā€™t want the pool heated. They will try to charge you anyways!

Excellent place to stay with family

This house is absolutely one of the best places Iā€™ve stayed in Kissimmee. We come every year to Florida for the past 10 years and this has been by far one of the best house Iā€™ve stayed in. The house is just as described in the pictures. It is very clean, the sheets and blankets smelled like detergent. The house was fully stocked it had every utensil, cooking supplies and much more. If I had a question, I was able to contact the office and they would reply quickly. It was in a great location, near shopping stores and 18 min away from Disney. Just a heads up itā€™s best to take your trash out in the morning so the raccoons donā€™t try to rip the trash bag during the night. Other than that I would highly recommend this place. I give it a 5 star, highly recommend this house.
