Outdoor Dining Furniture makes for an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while watching the Dolphins play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee per vehicle; $55 with CASH or $60 with card. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 3 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
