Anna Maria Island Férias - Beach Front - "anjos Envy"

First, Anna Maria Island is broken up into 3 cities, Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The City of Anna Maria is the most northern part of the Island and the most popular. When searching for Beach front rentals, be careful. A standard search of VRBO will Show 300 plus listings. Only a fraction of these are actually in the city of Anna Maria, and even less are actually ON the Beach. Many will be, steps to beach, blocks to beach, or beach view, or beach area and on and on. Make sure you actually select beach when doing your search. Then make sure you zoom in on the map to see which ones are "ACTUALLY' ON THE BEACH. There aren't many, but MINE IS!!!!! I can't tell you how many people say they were mislead by this type of description and ended up blocks from the beach.
Anna Maria and it's "Old Florida Charm" will sweep you away. With breathtaking sugar white sand, emerald water and some of the most incredible sunsets and sunrises in the world, its no wonder you are looking us over. If you're looking for a new 3 or 4 story brand new concrete home with all the latest and greatest, this is NOT your place. This is an "Old Florida" beach home. That's the reason people come to Anna Maria, we are mostly "old Florida". Please review pictures closely to see what you get. If you're going to sit inside all day and look at the walls and marvel at the granite counter tops and how modern the place is, your wasting your vacation. What's more important, looking at the new modern place your staying at, or spending your time on the beach fishing or watching Dolphin's and Manatee's and incredible Sea Birds and our beautiful Island? Direct beach front with the water is less than 50 foot to your bedroom!
Our family has lived on this Island for 40 years and visited way before that.
From the first cup of coffee watching the sunrise in the morning to the margarita as the sun goes down, you won't be disappointed. Please note, this is an elevated home as required for all new homes built after the mid 1970's by Anna Maria City regulations. There are stairs from the ground level to the living second floor and ALL guest must be physically capable of climbing stairs.
