It is currently locked for safety reasons, as the third-floor area is often used by guests with children under 15. While we know it would’ve been a great spot to catch fireworks, we appreciate your understanding. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with the homeowner. Hi Michael, Thanks for your review and for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the home was perfect and location was great. We are sad to hear we fell short on communication on an issue with the sofa bed not functioning. On Monday July 24th we sent a text with regards to the sofa bed which stated we had ordered a part to repair it and were waiting for it to arrive. We sent this around 11:15am. We do follow up with post stay surveys completed as well, usually within a week from check out. We try to communicate as much as possible without being overbearing and intrusive on your stay.
