Definitely coming back

We absolutely loved our stay! Honestly, this is one of my favorite places we've rented that wasn't a hotel. It was so cozy, welcoming, and inviting. It wasn't huge, but it was absolutely perfect for two people and had that cozy, intimate feel you want when you're getting away together. The location was definitely one of my favorite parts, being so close to the beach made it even better! We come to Clearwater every year for our wedding anniversary, so the weather in October can always be a little unpredictable, but that won't stop us from coming back. We had such a great experience and honestly have so many good things to say about this place. You can tell how much a space can make a difference in a trip, and this one made our getaway that much more special. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was the perfect size for a single person who was just there to relax for a few days and enjoy the view. I love this little hideaway and they’ll probably come back sometime again.

Really enjoyed my stay

Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for a solo or a couple traveling. Walking distance to tons of great restaurants and beaches. Felt bad I over slept and had to leave in a panic and didn't get to clean my left overs up. Would love to come back again in the winter

Perfect little get away spot

We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was steps away from the sand, restaurants, shops, bars and trolley stop. The place is small but clean and perfect for couple's. We were really only inside to shower & sleep. It had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Cozy cottage

Perfect little cottage for me and my husband as we don't stay in the room except to shower and sleep! Perfect location, just a few steps to the sand. Would definitely book again!

Great location

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the pier. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made everything hassle-free. A few suggestions: the shower curtain rod is rusted and left marks on a couple of towels/clothes, so it might be time to replace it. The place had a bit of a musty smell, so something to freshen the air would be a nice touch. Also, the floors feel a little uneven due to the foundation. It threw us off at first, but we adjusted. Didn't affect our stay after that. Overall, we enjoyed our time and really appreciated the location and ease of the stay!

The Little Cottage

This little cottage is about 100 steps from the white sandy beach. The beach was amazing and sunsets were breathtaking. Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Contacted Management Company Sunday night around 9pm regarding a maintenance issues. They responded at almost 1am. By then we resolve issue on our own, but the follow day Management Company reached out to make things right.

Westayed at the Beachcomber Casita very cute little house definitely big enough for the two people but not no more than that. Very quiet, very easy to get to things no need to rent a vehicle we walked everywhere, the beach was literally 20 steps away.Just didn't care for the bed it was a little hard and didn't like the fact we only got one roll of tp,and 4 towels and that you have to take out your trash.The only suggestion I would make is to put a sign at the end of the driveway so it is easy to find and put a fan in the room for guest to use instead of a heater in thecloset. Other than that we both enjoyed our stay.

It took almost 2 full days of the dehumidifier running to get the mold and mildew smell out. I almost needed to leave.The place could be so cute but whoever did the "remodel" didn't know what they where doing. The addition sloped down ward and bathroom is a disaster. Everyone knows you can't put tile directly on the subfloor. Cement board needs to be installed before the tile. The bed and the location were great!Definitely not worth over 1000.00 for the week.Thank you for asking and have a good rest of your week!

Yoga mat bed

Nice location to beach and other attractions. The bed was horrible felt like I was sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor, bathtub didn't drain and the water was less than like warm in the shower so I got to take 2 cold showers standing in my own filth. I called the manager they sent a guy over without warning even though they said they would notify me. Nice old dude didn't know much I had to show him how to fix the shower valve so I could take a warm shower.

Steps to beach

We had very smelly sewer issues. The onsite management did a great job of moving us. But we spent first 2 days of 4 moving. Very disappointing for last stop on our Florida vacation. We are aware that this is really no one’s fault but in the end the only people inconvenienced was us. I asked for a refund of 50% considering that’s what we feel was our lost time. We discussed this before we checked out & told we would receive a response. I have left 2 more messages with no response. So after this amount of time passed I’m assuming that is all we will hear.

Not good for what you charge

Disgusting the place needs to be stripped down sanatized and bleached the whole place, new sheets blanket pillows towels some fresh paint,the money your guests pay you take some and do the upgrades it doesn’t cost much especially with the money you charge and the front door needs to be replaced it’s all dry rotted especially the top right go look and see it take the time too go and see the place and figure it out and think if you and your spouse would stay there for 3,600 and would you live like that and be comfortable like you feel in your own home.. We are from New Jersey we worked and supervised and managed casinos and hotels in Atlantic City for 40 yrs and we rolled out the carpet for hotel and casino guests made them feel at home and welcomed we went above and beyond and it’s also on the beach and boardwalk on the ocean same as what you offered.
