Summary:

After exploring Onomichi, our apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and convenience stores. The shopping district is just a short walk from the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities and services of a hotel, including towels and toiletries. It has a room with Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



The Space:

This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Access to the entire apartment. No sharing with another guest.



Please note the building do not have Lift/Elevator



Sleeping Arrangement:



1 Double bed (Sleeps 2 adults)

1 single-sized sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult)



A total of 3 adults can sleep comfortably.



Hotel quality of all my amenities. Towels and Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided during your stay. The washing machine comes with free detergent. WIFI Available. You can enjoy watching TV with your family and friends.

Getting Around:

6 minutes walk from Onomichi Station

13 mins ride via bus to Jodo-ji Temple

20 mins ride via bus to Senkoji



Other Things to Note:

Check-in time is 3 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM.

Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.



No smoking

No Parties or events

No Pets allowed

No Elevator



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

CCTV/Security Camera:

The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self-check-in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotels and a short-term rental license for each host.
