The Space:
Home to stunning beaches and the idyllic Barwon River, Ocean Grove is the perfect holiday destination for surfing, fishing, golf, dining and wineries. Explore all the attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula while you stay at this meticulously renovated and styled coastal home. Start your days with a walk along the beach, then grab a coffee from Dawn Cafe and pick up supplies from the shopping centre (only 800m away) – the location is a perfect combination of comfort and convenience.

Awash with light and space, the upper-level reveals the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Light the gas log fire, or turn on the split system heating-cooling, and relax on the couch while you take in the view of the dunes, ocean and sky or watch TV (Netflix connectivity). Sliding doors lead on to the deck where you can gaze across the natural features towards Point Lonsdale and the East Coast of Victoria.

The stunning kitchen offers a distant glimpse of the Barwon Heads Bluff, and high-quality appliances including a Belling oven - a dream for any cooking enthusiast. Fully equipped crockery, cookware and essentials, plus a coffee machine and small selection of pods, are also provided. Beyond the dining room, open up the bifold doors to the private north deck, equipped with a BBQ and outdoor lounge so you can watch the kids play in the fenced backyard.

The ground floor living room is a dedicated recreation room, with a pool table (billiards), split system heating-cooling and a kitchenette with a kettle. The downstairs TV has Chrome Cast so guests can stream by connecting their own device. There is also an X-box with assorted games, and guests can play DVD’s. This is an awesome break out space for kids, teens and adults alike to have some fun!

Set over two levels, the 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 9 guests and is zoned for easy family living. A large Master bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, high-pitched ceiling and extensive windows to soak in the dune views. Luxe features include a walk-in robe and large ensuite. Next door is a bunk room for the kids (Double base/Single top), while another Queen bedroom is privately positioned at the rear of the home next to the main family bathroom (shower, bath (spa jets do not function), vanity, separate toilet). A study nook with desk is also located here. Downstairs, the 3rd Queen bedroom with ensuite is accessed via the Games Room. All rooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. Please BYO beach towels.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the locked garage. Off-street parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway.

Beaches - Our beautiful local beach is just 1.3km away. Ocean Grove Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking a short 7 min drive away, and is patrolled in summer months.

13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.

Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline.

Plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.

Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Idyllic Ocean Grove is less than 1.5 hour’s drive from Melbourne. Home to magnificent beaches and the Barwon River, this elegant coastal home is located in a premier holiday destination – the perfect base for you to explore all the attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula. Close by, Dawn cafe is the spot for your morning coffee before taking a long walk along the beach. Head east or west along the sandy shores and feel the tremendous sense of freedom on such an unpopulated stretch of coastline. A 3min drive, or easy 800m stroll, to the supermarket and shopping centre plus boating, fishing, playgrounds and sporting precincts are also in the vicinity.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, shops and beaches. On and off-street parking available.

-Buses to and from Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads / Geelong. -Closest train station 24km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.

-Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
