Ocean view cottage in Ormond by the Sea

Located on a private street of 8 homes with private beach access just steps away. We are located on the east side of A1A which is rare and means there is no busy road to cross! There is a view of the ocean from the family room and master bedroom. This is a free standing home with a small yard.

The cottage has been remodeled with a modern kitchen and is decorated with coastal flair! Within walking distance are several casual dining restaurants and a craft brew pub. Publix and other shopping and dining options are a very short drive.

No smoking allowed. Small pet friendly with owner approval.

Beach Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at the cutest beach cottage! Wonderful neighborhood with only 8 cottages/homes with a private beach! Would love to stay here again in the future. Home had all the beach amenities that you could possibly need!

Excellent home!

We only got to stay 3 nights at this little oasis on the beach! The home was updated, clean, comfortable furniture, very beach decor. Very quiet neighborhood and a mostly private beach. We chose to go after spring breaks and before school was out for the summer. The kitchen was well stocked with all you might need. Everything you could want in a vacation house.
From the water to the home was a minutes walk.

Beautiful location

My grandparents lived in this neighborhood and I grew up visiting for the summer. It was exactly as I remembered and enjoyed reliving the memories. The property was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our host promptly responded to our questions and we look forward to making this an annual vacation. Perfect in every way!!

For the past three years, my family and I have had the pleasure of staying at Kamela Craig's beach house in Ormond Beach, and each visit surpasses the last. 4 Breezeway is a very nice place

This our second time to stay at 4 Breezeway. We just got off a 4-day cruise and wanted somemore days near the beach. The right place is this home not 50 yards from the ocean. Everything you need for a relaxing stay you can find here. We will return again as we like this area of Florida.

Little Piece of Heaven

This place is so awesome complete with all of the amenities you could ask for and more! Kamela was just so wonderful in making our stay perfect. Literally steps to the beach on a quiet little street. The location is central to all of your shopping needs. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Lovely

Beautiful and peaceful time. Loved the very short stroll to the ocean, waking up to the sunrise, and sound of waves. The beds were comfortable, we loved the outdoor shower, and we had plenty of beach towels. We appreciated that the garage was well stocked with beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and everything we needed. Such a lovely stay!

"Tranquil Paradise: Kamela's Beach House in Ormond Beach"

My family and I have been renting Kamela's beach house in Ormond Beach for our family vacation every year, and I can't say enough positive things about it. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, well-maintained property. The beach house itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It has everything we need for a comfortable stay, from fully equipped kitchen appliances to cozy bedrooms and a lovely living area. The layout is perfect for our family, providing both privacy and communal spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of this rental is its proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we can sink our toes in the soft sand, listen to the soothing sound of the waves, and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. It truly offers a slice of paradise right at our doorstep. Kamela, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that our stay is exceptional. She is responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. Any concerns or questions we have are promptly addressed, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The location of the beach house is also ideal. It's situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas, yet still close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.

Family Beach Vacation

Absolutely loved the stay. House was perfect for family of 5. Super clean and right next to the private beach entrance. Morning/evening beach walks along with family time playing in the sand. Will stay again in the future.

Great location

House is located on a quiet quaint street with views of the ocean and 2min walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and the master bed is comfortable. Garage has multiple beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. Most of all the host is quick to respond and solve any issues you may have. We did have an issue, nothing that could have been foreseen (lock on the door) Kamela was quick to respond and resolved the issue.

The cottage is so cute and comfortable. The street is pleasant the neighbors are awesome. It’s so close to the beach. Only Suggestion would be update the tent.

Amazing beach home.

This property is amazing an has everything you need to live at the beach. Town is awesome for a family getaway lots of privacy but still just a short drive to Daytona if your looking for entertainment. But I think my favorite part is still the amazing private beach that’s only about 200 feet from the house.

Amazing in every way!

This home is absolutely perfect. It is probably the best home we have rented through VRBO. The owner is so nice and responsive, a tremendous help! The home itself is so quaint and just what my wife and I needed for a getaway. Enough room for a small family! There is absolutely everything in this home you could need, including beach chairs and more. The views of the beach from the living room were great. The walk to the beach was so easy with private access and NO STEPS to go up or down. Beach was not crowded at all, and was beautiful. I hesitate to leave such a glowing (and honest) review because we want to come back and don’t want others to book before us lol. Don’t expect a massively large home, best for couples and small families. But I would strongly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for opening your home to us! :)

Perfect

Excellent location to chill out and enjoy the beach! The house is beautiful but is upstaged by the beach just a few steps away. The beach and water are clean, the private neighborhood helps provide a buffer from the bigger crowds in front of condos. The neighbors were friendly. The host provides a lot of amenities. We really appreciated the towels and the outdoor shower. The kitchen is great inside and the view is outstanding from the living room window. We'll be back I hope!

Great Location and Beautiful View

We really enjoyed staying in this home. This location is much nicer than the Daytona beach area, but only a 10 minute drive to their activities and restaurants. However, Ormond also has a lot of great restaurants. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and lots of stuff in the garage to use at the beach. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into pleasing their guests. My boys are young adults so the twin beds were a bit small (our own issue) but a pull out couch is available. The half bath is located through the garage, but it worked perfectly when the other was occupied. We loved being able to see the beautiful ocean view from the home, The beach behind it is not crowded, which we really appreciated. There is a Publix across the street for easy access to groceries. We highly recommend this property to others.

Close to the beach

The owners were awesome. Last minute booking for us and everything went well with reservations and check in and out. Quite beautiful neighborhood. Little over 120 steps to the beach. Spent most of my time at the beach. View was great. Homes are older but the kitchen has been updated. Everything you need is there!!
