I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. We strive to provide clear communication regarding any external factors that might affect our guests' stay, and I regret that the construction in front of the chalet was not brought to your attention beforehand. However this will be concluded soon. I understand how this unexpected situation could cause confusion and impact your initial impression of the property. I’m also sorry to hear that the cleaners were still on-site when you arrived and that the mattress was damp. This certainly isn't the standard we aim for, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I will address this with our cleaning team to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Regarding the lack of facial tissues, I understand that this is a basic amenity, and I'm sorry it was overlooked. We'll make sure this is promptly addressed in our inventory for future guests. We value your feedback as it helps us improve, and I’m glad that despite these issues, you still found the chalet to be an overall fine experience.
