The Cobia/Pompano pool deck and pool will be closed for refurbishment from Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.

From Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
This spacious two bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), a spacious master featuring a king bed and second bedroom with either a king and sofa bed or two twin beds (based on availability, assigned at time of booking, please inquire or request before booking), a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in room safe, hairdryer and iron with ironing board.

Note - Unit second bedroom may have 1 king and sofa bed or 2 twin beds. Requests are taken prior to booking for preference, based upon availability.
