Located in the Laketown Wharf community, you'll enjoy sweeping views from this ninth-floor condo. Just steps from the beach, and a short walk to local attractions, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Light pouring in from the sliding glass doors showcases the open main living area. Relax on the plush couches while you surf the cable channels or watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. The private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while the central A/C keeps the home cool.

Mix a tropical cocktail and step out onto the private balcony to take in your unobstructed views of the lake below. Snap a few pictures then connect to the WiFi to send them off to your friends back at home. There's a dancing water show on the lake with music and lights in the evening, so you'll have a prime position for viewing.

When hunger hits, you can show off your BBQ skills on one of the community charcoal grills, or head back to your place to put the modern kitchen to work. Featuring custom stone counters, white appliances, and a dishwasher to take charge of cleanup, the kitchen is well equipped. Eat at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or head out onto the balcony.

As the day winds down, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will let up to eight guests (six adults) to stay in comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, direct deck access, and en suite complete with soaking tub. The second room also has a king-size bed letting everyone enjoy a restful night of sleep. There is a set of twin-size bunk beds nestled in the hallway, suitable for children, as well as a sofabed in the main living area.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your balcony before you take a stroll along the 52,000 square-foot boardwalk below. Get a quick workout in at the on-site fitness center, and then spend the day lounging by one of the five pools and soaking in the hot tubs.

With a putting green on site, you won't have to go far to work on your putts. Head down to the beach for a day of paddleboarding and relaxation. Try something a little faster like a jet ski to skip across the waves. After a day of fun, grab some ribs at Pineapples Willy's and enjoy one of their signature drinks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
